We were a party of 8 and were quickly seated. The inside is nicely decorated and extremely clean. Our server Ashley was very pleasant and checked on us often. The food was delicious and plated very nicely. We had the pretzel app, the Parmesan wings and the goat cheese salad to start. All amazing. We had the hanger and sirloin steaks, the white pizza and chicken pot pie. All came out hot and did not disappoint with the amazing flavor. Definitely will be back!

Imagine trying to enjoy a meal with your family when there is a very loud drunk idiot with the most annoying laugh being obnoxious. Come to find out it is the manager’s son. So because it is the manager’s son I guess that made it OK for him to be so loud with this annoying loud laugh that completely ruined our meal. Food was salty, my husband’s steak was over cooked - the food is just not what it used to be at this place. Needless to say we will not be back. Sad because the waitress was great - friendly and attentive.

I had a reservation for an early dinner on Mother’s Day with my daughter. They sat us at a high top- fine. We wanted to order some appetizers as our dinner, to see if we’d want something more after they came out. The server told me we had to order everything all at once as the kitchen was extremely busy. I repeated that all we wanted were the appetizers. Mind you the restaurant was practically empty for the entire time we were there. But they were SO BUSY. Whatever. Oh and the mozzarella sticks came out presented as a large pile of cheese with some breading around it. Tasted good but weird way to send that out. I doubt I’ll go back here, what with all of the other restaurants in the area.

Food was awful except for the salad and French toast. I ordered shrimp and lobster risotto. A plate of rice came with rock shrimp and something else but it was not lobster. The breakfast quesadillas looked like they were made 4 hours earlier. The eggs Benedict with crab…the eggs were close to being hard boiled.

We love Horseback Tavern! The regular menu is great, but then again, so are their specials! There was a musician playing guitar and singing in the bar, it was nice because you could hear him in the dining room but it wasn't so loud that you couldn't carry on a conversation with your tablemates. Love the atmosphere and drinks, too. We highly recommend!

Food was very good, and the menu had a nice variety of options for every taste. The service was good, and our waitperson was attentive without being intrusive. The prices were fair for most items and the bill was not out of line for similar places in the area. They did have live music on Saturday night, which was fine, but the duo used an amp which they really didn't need. Their song selection was good and all recognizable, just a little loud for the size of the place. Acoustic would have been better. Overall, a place we'll add to our rotation. I would recommend it to others.

My reservation was marked as no show even though we checked in with host. The artichoke dip we ordered was cold. However, the pesto pizza was good. The rose wine was excellent. Overall good experience. I would visit again.

Our flight to AZ for Christmas was canceled so we had to scramble to find a place for Xmas eve dinner. The restaurant was delightful! Tastefully decorated for the holidays. Classic Christmas music playing. A fireplace. Comfortable table. Excellent friendly service and very good food. What could have been a miserable holiday turned out to be quite pleasant. Thank you!

Everything was great from start to finish. Appetizers were amazing, bacon wrapped scallops with micro greens dresses with a blueberry vinaigrette. Pasta was our main course. Their Arabiatti is outstanding. Service is always great and their bartenders are the best around. Horseneck never disappoints.

Overall, the food was very good but the service was slow. It was a Sunday evening and the restaurant was not very busy. Our server was very attentive and friendly, helpful. It just took a while for our drinks and food to arrive.
