   The noise level was loud and made conversation difficult

   All around had a great dinner and drinks. Great staff, and the prices are so affordable! My son said his brunch burger was the best burger he’s ever had.

   Great food and atmosphere. Very quick service. Super loud.

   I'm sorry to hear that the experience wasn't optimal. I would be interested to hear if this was due to the music or the atmosphere of other guests?    Everything was wonderful. Two hour maximum at the table so plan on a second watering hole to end the night.

   Customer service is top tier without being stuffy. Food is great and comes out quickly. Lots of good beers on tap, as well as good cocktails.

   Great location in downtown Grand Rapids. Server was very good. Food and drinks were excellent as well.

   UPDATE: The manager reached out to me right away and wanted to make it right. Very impressed about his concern for a good experience!! Will be trying the meal again :) First time dining here. Enjoyed the atmosphere and we had good waitress. Food out was a little slow, but the biggest downside was my dinner. I got the new Mushroom Tofu bowl. It was mostly brown rice and really dry. I had 6 mushrooms on it and about only a couple of inchlong shreds of slaw! There were also few onions and then the tofu pieces. VERY underwhelming.

   We had a reservation for eight and were seated when we arrived. Service and food were great!

    It was a busy night at the restaurant but that did not affect the service, food or cocktails from being great.
