   They were late to seat us for our reservation, service was slow, A5 Wagyu was cold, no utensils with desert. They sat a group of people with no reservation before us

   Staff - gracious and welcoming and proficient. Food - tasty (could have been warming but enjoyable none the same). Atmosphere - comfortable and relaxing (table could have been cleaned more thoroughly). A nice restaurant for a special occasion. We had an enjoyable 36th Wedding anniversary -Thank You Hook and Ladder and Sean our waiter!

   Greeting and table service poor . Not friendly nor receptive upon our arrival .. attitude not good … Seated at our table waiting over 40 mins for our initial cocktail order . Order not correct when it finally arrived after appetizers .. long delay getting dinner order in and long delay receiving the dinners .. truffle mash ice cold and returned to heat still ice cold we gave up . We love the food and it was delicious but the service was so notably poor I don’t know if we will return so disappointing .

   Allison was our server Saturday night. She was A++ on service, personality and knew exactly when to stop by (despite us being there very long). Highly recommend. Hope to be back!!

   Service and room are the best elements of this restaurant. The food is very average. The night ended with an abrupt last call by turning on the lights full brightness without any warning. It’s what you would expect at a college bar not a fine dining restaurant atmosphere. Very harsh.

   Thanks to management for incorporating customer feedback on adding vegetarian and vegan options to the menu. Upon first opening, these options were unavailable. With these options now on the menu, I dined on the terrace last night while enjoying the delicious cauliflower steak with saffron rice. It was amazing! The ambiance was great, blending modernity with the preservation of the charming firehouse. I’ll definitely be back with friends!

   Wine took over 30 min to get to table, asked for tap water and were given $17 bottles, forgot to give us sides we paid additional for. Food was excellent though.
