    Hono toma los elementos clave de un izakaya tradicional como la calidez, el trato directo con los concineros y una gran variedad de bebidas; y las mezcla con la gastronomía refinada de las barras de sushi sofisticadas. Ocupan técnicas y marinados que te transportan a ese país con los olores y sabores. El servicio es muy ameno por no llegar a ser excesivo. Hay variedad entre cocina fría y caliente que con una sola visita no da para todo lo que pueden ofrecer
