   We've been previously for dinner and had a good experience. Our server that night was great. This time we went for brunch and had a Chinese lady serving us who absolutely useless. From not bringing a spoon with coffee to getting the bill mixed up. I could go on. The steak and eggs was nice but potatoes over done and very crispy.

   Server was fantastic. We love this restaurant. Usually come for week day lunch and weekend brunch. I am the director of the rosedale on robson suite hotel and definitely recommend honey salt to my guests.

    It was an absolutely perfect place to have a wonderful dinner before attending an event at Rogers Arena. The food and wine were amazing, and the ambience and the vibe is fantastic. Highly recommend.

    Excellent service and spacious setting with beautiful decor. Portion sizes were quite small for the price and this was the Happy Hour menu that we were ordering from.

    We were met with a sincere greeting and quickly sat. The service was polite and knowledgeable on not only foods but the drinks as well. I highly recommend Honey Salt to anyone in Vancouver. The food was phenomenal and the service exceeded expectations.

    There was nothing hugely wrong about this place, bit also not great. Food was "OK" but at the price point, one should be able to expect better than average. Same with service: while efficient, it was hurried, distracted & impersonal. A couple of screaming babies (the whole hour+) didn't help matters & I'm not blaming the restaurant, but they could have put this group in a corner somewhere other than the middle of the room, so everyone was affected.

    The roasted beet salad, steelhead flatbread, truffle fries and deep fried Brussels sprouts were all to die for. We will definitely come back. The only problem will be deciding whether to order the same things or try something different!

    We made reso’s this year at Honey Salt for Mother’s Day and have 0 regrets! The menu was great, the ambiance was picture perfect as always, and the service was great overall. Would definitely recommend checking this place out for their brunch/ mid-day eats!

    We’ve been here a number of times and always lived the food and atmosphere. Disappointingly, the service this time was terrible. After 15 minutes waiting we had to flag down a waiter just to order drinks, and the restaurant was not even busy. The burgers and the halibut were all over-cooked. The restaurant tries to position itself as an upscale farm to table spot, but fell way short. If this had been our first time there, we’d never be back. I’m not sure we will be back anyway.

    Loved this place and take friends and clients here often Food was good but not great. Lacked seasoning compared to past visits Server was good but seemed to forget about us at times. Table maintenance Felt a bit rushed once we did get our food I would still come back, just some constructive feedback Thanks

    The hostess asked whose birthday it was and said she'd like the server to know, but nothing special was done so I don't know why they bothered to ask. The food was extremely mediocre considering the price. Cora's is plated better. The decor inside was lovely! But that's about it.

    We were here to celebrate a birthday. Our waitress was attentive at first; however there were a few issues 1) We didn't receive the corn bread at the beginning of the meal until one of our dining partners noticed other tables receiving it 2) We weren't provided cutlery right away 3) When we were celebrating the birthday, someone brought the birthday treat out but went to ask another table if they ordered it. 4) The 14oz sirloin steak was a bit tough to chew and too many fried onions on the dish Otherwise the ambiance was good and I would come back but to the bar side.

    We just had a burger this time around. Although it was delicious, it was a little on the dryer side. Our server was absolutely delightful. They have great staff!!! We were disappointed that the Galette was off the menu at 12:30 during the week, as it is our absolute favorite! All in all though, a great place for brunch/lunch.

    My experience was extremely subpar. I was with a small group and our food came out at completely different times and our waitress was never at our table for more than 2 minutes. We also could never find her when we needed her. Won't be going back or recommending to anyone unfortunately.

    Overall this experience was not very good starting with the hostess who didn’t understand English very well and was very shy and timid. We had multiple people providing service to us when we were seated which confused us as we didn’t know who our main server was which caused confusion for ordering, etc. The wheelchair stall of the hotel bathroom was clogged and not fixed until the very end of our dining time. My mother in law had to treck to a functional bathroom that was all the way to the other end of the casino where a conference was taking place every time she had to use the toilet. I give Honey Salt a 4/10 overall. Our main server ended up being very nice which was lovely. I heard it’s better for brunch than dinner, so maybe will try that out and hopefully it’ll be a much better experience.
