   The discount offered was not honoured. Would not go back to home sweet home again. Very disappointed.

   Had a really good meal and the service was fantastic! Some of the burgers include fries but they come on the burger so there’s only a handful and you’ll probably need a side order. Nothing wrong with the food though it was fab!

   The hot chocolate was very bitter and all we could taste was bitter cocoa powder. Had to ask for extra milk and even then it was barely drinkable. The food finally arrived and my toast was solid, my egg was cold and my avocado was accompanied by a hair. First and last visit

   Maître d' was extremely rude and unaccommodating on arrival to the simplest of requests. He was completely uninterested. The service was dreadful, the food arrived BEFORE our drinks. No apology and took over 30 minutes. We were put off ordering a dessert as it would take so long. Really disappointing as we genuinely love this restaurant and very upset it is closing down. The feeling we got from staff as that they didn't care as it was closing shortly.

   We got 50% off our bill and service was great but it was a shame the menu was a little different and eggs cali wasn't available for me. Pancakes are nice and cakeshakes worth getting at least once.

   We love this place. Gutted it’s closing. I had my 40th breakfast in the secret room upstairs a while back. Food was lovely. Service was fast and friendly and the cake we took home was good as always. So sad to see this place go.

   Shame it's having to close. Plenty of staff serving, very efficient and speedy, yummy food (we both had burgers) .

   Hi! We overall had quite a below average experience at Home sweet home. Main points: - Our food took nearly an hour to arrive during our lunch break, due to miscommunication of tickets - The chicken in a basket I ordered wasn't in a basket, and it was just three small pieces of chicken, which was underwhelming - Due to the ticket miscommunication, 2 small tables, and 2 big tables were served before us, even though we ordered before they were even present at the restaurant. Positives: - Milkshake was bang on amazing - The waiter did apologise, and we did get two drinks off our bill I would return for the milkshake, not sure on the food. Hope this helps! Cheers Zack

    Sadly there weren’t enough of the special Xmas dinner for our party to have it. Seems short sighted in the planning.......
