   Recommended by friends and went as birthday meal for me and my wife. Booked online no problem, though as it was a Wednesday evening, we could have got in anyway. It's a small-plates tapas bar midweek which suited us perfectly, as being of a very mature age, we can't always manage 3 courses these days! Food was first class, especially the superb Sticky Ribs and Lamb Ragu. We just had to have a second helping of the ribs! Service was as good as the food, being prompt and friendly and prices were reasonable in our opinion, so we have no hesitation in giving 5 stars across the board and recommending Home to anyone looking for a great, informal dining experience. Maghull has needed more decent tapas-style bars for some time and this certainly hits the spot, so if this standard is maintained, we're sure visitors won't be disappointed.

   So pleased I booked here. The staff were wonderful, so attentive and friendly. But not in an annoying way. Food was gorgeous; would highly recommend. The entire experience was a delight. Will definitely return.

   Amazing food. Gluten free options available. Lovely ambience. All staff are lovely and attentive. Would highly recommend. If you have not been you need to give it a go as you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return. Highly recommend seabass and scallops with black pudding dishes.

   New restaurant in Maghull. Really nice "industrial" look, bare brick walls, electrical conduit on the walls. Plenty of space between the tables, I hate being nudged while I'm eating. Staff were lovely, attentive without being in your face. Nice vibe, lots of people there for just a drink. The food is small plates, anything from £7 to £10 and decent portions as well. We got 3 plates each and thought EVERY one was really nice. Would DEFINTIELY recommend, we will be hoping again Steve

   Can’t recommend Home restaurant enough. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the service and attention to detail by the staff was first class. Loved the idea of small plates as we could share different dishes, all of which were excellent. The interior was very quirky and an on view kitchen is always a good idea. We live local and will be back very often.

   Went for a Sunday Roast. Possibly the food could be a bit warmer, but was delicious. Service from Ben was outstanding. Would definitely go again
