Location is great and bar was good to watch some sports and for a casual hangout. The food is sub standard. On paper it seems like it would be good but execution was terrible. None of the instructions for omissions/additions to the meal were met which made it worse. Service was also abrupt and not accommodating. Granted it was busy but nothing crazy.
Great for a casual hangout with some good happy hour deals!
Lorena was an excellent server. She was consistent in making sure we had drinks and everything was going well.
Booked for a large group of ppl, but only saved a small table only fitted 6 ppl
We didn’t get our water until After our meal came, and it wasn’t even half packed. I’d hate to see it when it’s busy.
I am loving this place. Great energy, food is delish! (Dry rub wings and General Tsos cauliflower). We’ll drink were very “well”. Lol. Definitely coming back here.
NFL Sunday! Happy 2 hours was great. Dry rub wings... Da best!!
The waitress was rude and said that all of us of had to do the unlimited drinking deal because she didn’t feel like dealing with it if we didn’t. The price on the website was $35, but she said it was $40 per person.
Usually my experience here is great but for a big group watching the game it was not as good
Not at what we expected. Fries were cold coming out of the kitchen, nuggets were hard, the zucchini pasta was bland, and the pork belly in tacos was overcooked. The dry rub wings and shrimp kale wrap was good. Maybe the drinks bring the crowd but definitely not worth it. Pretty disappointed with our last dinner in the city.
The food was okay, we ordered the avocado toast and shrimp Mediterranean. The restaurant is super loud, between music, television, and the excited patrons, it was difficult to hear my own conversation. The waitstaff interrupted my table more times than I care to count and rushed to give us the bill as we were literally taking our last bite. Quite annoying overall.
Wonderful, as always!
Definitely NOT a brunch place but clean and decent food
If it's not too crowded, a nice place to hand out with friends. Great happy hour until 10 p.m.! Pork belly tacos are excellent.
Prob not the best place for brunch. I had been for happy hour and had a much better experience. Really poor service and we were the only ones in the restaurant
Good service, good food and nice space
It was great! The staff was so accommodating when I requested for an outdoor table. From the moment I went in with my friends to the moment we left was just a great experience! Oh and live music on Thursdays 😉
This is my second time here for brunch and there’s a reason I keep coming back. The food is delicious, the service is so attentive, and the bottomless drinks are amazing for the price!
Went there for Sunday Brunch and was surprisingly quiet. Food was really good definitely worth braving the nasty weather we had sunday.
Food - hangover burger and Belgian Waffle B.E.C both delicious
Fyi - Burger comes with fries but Belgian B.E.C has no sides at all so if you are hungry you might consider adding some side order
Drinks - Ginger, Grapefruit & Gin and also Ginger, brown sugar and honey whiskey both sweet but if that is your thing then go for you wont be disappointed =]
Our waitress was mostly chatting on the corner and a couple times we had to go get her attention but I guess she was just bored since not much was going on.
I would go back, is a nice neighborhood relaxed place for a drink and a snack (or some yummy burgers!!)
Great atmosphere. Women were amazing there and the drinks were lit lol
Good drink deals, but food was not good. This place is definitely meant to be a sports bar strictly for drinking. The service was great, our waitress was on top of everything. The food was bad quality and did not taste well overall. We had the fried mozz balls, pork belly tacos, and we each ordered thai noodles (don't remember the name but it was in the entree section). I took two bites of my entree and did not want to eat anymore. Overall, the experience was a good one. They had great throwback music on, the staff was polite and attentive, but the food was not good. I recommend coming here for their drink specials and to watch sports.
General Tsos cauliflower was great. All of the rest of the food was mediocre. Some hot, some cold. Inconsistent
The food was phenomenal and for the price, it was outstanding. The drinks for brunch were also delicious and attentively provided (we did bottomless). The aesthetic of the restaurant is different than what the website provides (didn’t realize it was a sports bar!) but regardless, it was a great time and I can’t wait to go back.
The music was way too loud... My friend and I had to literally shout at each other to be heard.
The brunch was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC and worth every cent. The waitress kept filling up the mimosas without having to hunt her down like other brunch places. The atmosphere was friendly and the breakfast pizza was so filling and a great pairing with bottomless mimosas.
We went to Raise on a Friday night for some small plates. The happy hour menu advertised a 3 for $29 small plate special, which we opted for - the small plates were imaginative, but nothing to really write home about. Unfortunately, we were sat right in the middle of a large group of after-work-happy-hour-goers, and could not have a conversation due to the sheer volume of the restaurant. Chicken Buffalo sandwich was excellent, and the sauce with the Thai meatballs was very flavorful. Sadly, we were charged full price for the small plates, instead of the advertised special - due to the noise level, we decided just to pay instead of trying to communicate the error.
They were able to accommodate 10 people via open table. We had great service from Lorena and the deep fried Oreos were amazing. Only negative was 1 of the bathroom stalls was out of toilet paper and 1 of the sinks was spraying water. Only 3 unisex stalls for everyone. But the stalls did have Lysol spray for the stinky people. Overall it was a great experience.
Good option for bottomless brunch and great service
Saw multiple mice run across the dining room floor at like 11 pm.
Very bad service, waitress was completely overwhelmed. Food was okay but nothing special. It’s a nice sports bar though, so I guess I’d go there just for drinks and watch games.
Perfect place to grab food/drinks and watch a game or UFC fights.
Loud sports and trivia bar with inattentive bar service and very few vegan options.
Went for Trivia night and had a great time. Their bar food is pretty good for bar food, best to use for appetizers and drinks vs. dinner.
Long wait for food. Service not great. Maybe go for drinks.
The best thing about this place is that it donates to charity. The food was decent but the service was terrible. My order was wrong (I merely asked for cheese with my eggs), the waitress forgot my mimosa and it took over half an hour to get someone to ring up our bill. While the premise for this place is fantastic, they need to work on their service.
Went to watch a hockey game, and ended up stumbling into a fun trivia contest as well. Good vibe, with modest crowd, so good for conversation. Lots of TVs, so great for sports events. Food was also much better than typical bar food.
NCAA tournament
Watching NCAA final four. Noise level is a good thing!
The deep fried oreos we’re out of this world and so were the buffalo wings! Tot-chos were a bit disappointing, there was not enough cheese. But overall, excellent!
Was just ok. Didn’t love it. The table was sticky. The table
Water was warm. Our waitress didn’t write our order down then got some of it wrong. The chicken tenders were over cooked and seemed processed. On a positive note, the rice balls were delicious. Overall, not sure that I would be back for food. Maybe a few drinks with friends.
Raise NYC was the PERFECT place for my friends and I to meet up, catch up, and enjoy drinks/apps. The cocktails and beers were on special and very affordable for an NYC night out. The ambience was awesome- trendy and full of young professionals.
