Brought to life by local Las Vegas entrepreneur, Billy Richardson, you’ll find Holsteins Shakes and Buns located on the second level of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas’ Boulevard Tower.

What more American way to acknowledge the 4th of July 2025 than to load up on carbs and sugar in the forms of burger, fries, and shake? So I went to Holsteins Downtown for a late lunch. Started with the non-alcoholic Cucumber Collins ($14): Refreshing. Then got into the food- The Forager Burger ($23): Hefty. This was a knife and fork burger from the start. The poor suffering bottom bun gave up almost immediately due to the meat juices/fat. Blended patty couldn't hold together either. But it was good. Crinkle-Cut Sweet Potato Fries ($10): Very good volume, tasty. Frozen Grasshopper ($14*): Non-alcoholic version, as I had absorbed the lesson from my first visit that I was never going to finish the shake and would need takeaway. Piled high of course but in an attractive logical way, light mint, vanilla, and chocolate flavor. Value: Above average. Service: Very pleasant from all and server Cailynn C. *All shakes were discounted to celebrate National Ice Cream Month.

Just five short weeks since its grand opening, and Holstein's has already become our absolute favorite haunt in the Las Vegas Arts District! This was our third pilgrimage, and each time we introduce new friends to this vibrant spot, their reactions mirror our own initial delight. The electric energy is palpable, and the culinary creations are simply out of this world. Whether you're exploring their diverse menu or diving into their expansive drink list, prepare to be impressed. And let's be real—the boozy shakes are a decadent revelation you absolutely must experience! Beyond the phenomenal food and drinks, the service is a masterclass in personal, friendly attention. Every single person at our table of four was utterly charmed, and we're already counting down the days until our next visit!

The service was excellent, attentive but not intrusive. The food was outstanding! Our party of 2 ordered the boozey Grasshopper milkshake, the Classic burger, the Crazy Bird chicken sandwich, and a side of regular fries. The milkshake was delicious, and came out ahead of the food se we could have dessert first. The burger was done perfectly, and the chicken sandwich was juicy with lots of bacon. The buns on both sandwiches were a standout, fluffy with a touch of seasoning. While we ordered plain fries, they were hot with just the right amount of salt, and the serving was enough for two with some leftover. Don't expect Red Robin prices here, but, as with many things, you get what you pay for; in this case, it's excellent food, amazing service, upscale ambience, and a date night worthy experience.

Fantastic!.. we have been going to Holsteins at the Cosmopolitan for years. Always delicious, but very crowded & difficult to get to, as most things on the strip. We were over the moon with excitement when we saw the new location downtown. The decor & ambience did not disappoint..they definitely pared down the menu but still have all our favs! SUPER scrumptious!! Our server Cailynn was great, very helpful & extremely attentive. Must have: The gold standard burger (tomato confit on the side), the classic burger also tasty, garlic Parmesan fries, lollipop wings, & the shakes are toooo good to pass up😋

Our recent visit with a party of four left us thoroughly impressed and planning our swift return. From the moment we stepped inside, the unique, upscale location captivated us. The atmosphere is inviting, striking that perfect balance between refined and relaxed, making it ideal for a special meal without any pretense. Every member of the staff was incredibly gracious, setting a welcoming tone from start to finish. Our server, Sierra, was a true highlight of the evening. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor ensured our experience was seamless and enjoyable. She anticipated our needs without being intrusive, contributing significantly to the overall outstanding service. And the food? Simply amazing. We started with a generous order of their onion rings and fries, both perfectly crispy and seasoned, setting a high bar for what was to come. For our main courses, two of us indulged in their famous burgers: the rich and flavorful Gold Standard and the perfectly executed Classic. These burgers are undeniably very big, easily shareable, and bursting with juicy goodness. My wife opted for the lighter but equally delectable burrata salad with heirlooms, a fresh and vibrant dish that showcased the quality of their ingredients. Our fourth companion raved about the Crazy Bird chicken sandwich, confirming that Holstein's excels beyond just their renowned burgers. While we didn't get to try their infamous boozy shakes this time, they certainly looked fantastic, promising another reason to revisit. Holstein's offers an unparalleled dining experience in the Arts District, combining an elevated setting with truly outstanding food and genuinely friendly service. It's a must-visit for anyone seeking a memorable meal that feels both special and comfortably unpretentious.

First time here so i will assume they are working through getting up and running. Great decor, greeting but service was slow considering how many tables were in there, super nice waiter, seemed spread thin. Some things made no sense, they brought plates out for our fries and onion rings, to be served with the meal...where were they planning on putting the meals? 2, cloth napkins which i love, are problematic with a messy burger as you often times need more napkins. They onion rings and fries were great, the burgers were good, but mine was if the person had no idea how to assemble a burger, 1, the lettuce was so far out of the bun you had to eat the lettuce or tear it away to get to the burger. 2, my burgers bun(bottom)was so soggy i could not lift this, this is bad burger design and made it flavorful burger a fight. The veggie burger just fell apart. Not sure why you charge the same for shake that has booze vs one that doesn't? We will try it again, as we live close by.
