Please do not come here. I took my wife here for her first Mother's Day. For $200/person (before tax+tip) here's what you get: 1) A disorganized and unprepared staff 2) Food on par with a $49 Vegas buffet 3) A tacky and outdated ballroom 4) Loud 2016 sorority pop music 5) Long lines for food 6) A 30 minute wait for valet I wish I could fully describe the utter mess that this operation was. They clearly do not care about providing a luxury experience despite charging luxury prices. I privately messaged The Langham soon afterwards to voice my concerns with no response after almost 2 weeks. Now, I'm writing this review to hopefully deter as many people as possible from wasting their money on this awful experience.

Great service at arrival. Great with rose and flute of bubbles. Was family friendly without sacrificing the elevated event. Active and lively without feeling on top of people. Food was great music fantastic. Will do again next year.

This is my third year of attending the Easter brunch at Langham. The decorations are still stunning, a bit down graded though. This year is outdoors egg hunting making up everything! Beautiful lawn and landscape me and my family enjoyed it so much!

We were seated in the ballroom, which I was not expecting going in. I was under the impression we would be in either the terrace room or the room that opens onto the lawn. Sitting in the ballroom against the wall was memorable, but in the wrong way. Otherwise the staff was lovely and service. Excellent. The valet to pick up your car took almost an hour. They were that backed up, but what can you do.

A stunning feast with live music, photo ops, entertainment and activities for all ages. We had a party of 10 and had a marvelous time.

What a disappointment. I wish I’d known I was going to someone else’s child’s ballet recital. Food was inadequate and service was even worse. Not recommended.

I have not been this disappointed in a dining experience in quite a while and do not know if I have ever been this disappointed in a holiday experience. Service staff were rushed and confused, ambiance greatly lacking, food was a very odd combination/assortment. This felt more like a buffet at a cut rate residence inn than THE Langham. The items that looked appealing to me were average, AT BEST. Nothing about the food evoked "Holiday." So sad! Regrets, Todd

The hotel was decorated beautifully!!! The food was very good, just wish the little band played longer.

My family of five went for the Christmas Day buffet. We had an average experience. We found the meat selections to be overcooked and dry. The staff was overwhelmed, they were busy busing and clearing tables to set up new diners, but as such we weren't asked for soda refills and our dirty plates were stacking up, which is unacceptable. No desserts were labeled gluten-free. As a celiac for many years, I know dessert is challenging. Even just one item specifically labeled gluten-free would have been appreciate it. I ended up just having a bowl of strawberries which had been intended for the chocolate fountain. The hotel was decorated nicely, so it was a nice atmosphere. But I can think of other ways that we could have spent this large sum of money for a Christmas meal.

Holidays at The Langham in Pasadena has everything. The ambiance was delightful with a mixture of jazz and Christmas music. The decorations and decor were delightful. The Ballroom buffet food was delicious. From the extensive choices of breakfast foods, and pastries, seafood, meat entrees, breads, cheese, wonderful desserts, even honey comb and ginger to top it off! Cocktails included for those who choose to indulge. The Langham thought of everything. The experience was fabulous and we hope to be able to attend it again next year!
