   My friend and I really enjoyed our evening meal at Voco. The staff were very friendly and competent. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect after a busy week. The food was delightful and the dessert menu one of the best I have seen. The only thing I would change is to add the VAT to the meal price on the menu rather than an extra on the bill.

   Good first experience of the Brickworks. Very nice new decor. It was a fine evening so nice to sit outside with drinks first. Good service though quite long waits for food to arrive. Reasonable value once we had our gym membership discount... otherwise would be a bit pricey. £7.50 for 3 curls of icecream, not "scoops" was expensive. My steak was nice. Overall we enjoyed it and will return.

   Had a really pleasant date night’ Excellent service, really tasty food , although a tad on the expensive. Will definitely be back

   Stays at the hotel whilst visiting paultons . Kids eat free swayed our choice but they weren’t really free when you work out the overall cost of the bill is still the same as it normally would be . £17 for a standard burger and chips was ridiculous, no wonder we were the only people in the restaurant. We’ll use the hotel again but not the restaurant for dinner ( although the included breakfast was great ) .

   We went as part of a peppa pig stay with our two daughters. Children ate free, food was all nice service was a little slow but nothing major. We ordered drinks which took an age to come, we could actually see them on bar so in end my husband got up and got the tray himself. We had nice breakfast also, plenty of choice.

   Breakfast food lovely. Service very poor. “Clean” tables still dirty. So slow in clearing tables that people could not be seated. This was the same on Sunday we’re a reserved table was empty and all other tables occupied with used crockery etc on them. On Saturday, stacked cereal bowls could not be separated as they were individually filled with water so causing a vacuum. I could barely imagine this was a Holiday Inn. Toaster got jammed, so it was turned off and people following had no idea why there was no toast and no contingency or attempt to clear the blockage.

   Fantastic service, felt reassured regarding our 11 month old’s wheat allergy. Everything was checked with the chef and a separate meal was made as unfortunately nothing on the children’s menu was gluten free.

   Ideal location for our needs, at a reasonable price and good food. Breakfast was a bit odd as there were no spoons available! Even staff could not find any! Pleasant staff but reception was under staffed which causes queues on check out.

    Really good value for quality food, 3 course meal with a bottle of wine £50 plus kids eat free, service with a smile , a must try .
