   Unfortunately, our experience was terrible from start to finish. We waited 15 minutes just to place our drink order. It was an additional 15 minutes before the first drinks (sodas) arrived and it was 25 minutes before our party of five all received their beverages. While we waited to place our food order the host (manager?) came by and replaced the menus we were issued by her at arrival, for our 1pm reservation, with the lunch/dinner menu which had comparatively limited options. As we asked for clarification if anything was still available that was only on the brunch menu we were told yes, then no, then yes but only for one item. We were then told brunch ended at 1pm. It's unclear why we were issued Brunch menus for our 1pm reservation if it was no longer available, then we were allowed to hold on to them for 20 minutes before they were replaced. The entire operation was in the weeds. It appeared there were only two servers for the entire restaurant. Several members of our group wanted to order breakfast, but despite it being the restaurant’s mistake—and the significant delay in taking our order—the staff made no effort to accommodate or compromise. It was a frustrating and disorganized experience that reflected poor service and a lack of attention to detail. For those who chose to order food off the new menu the meals came out 10 minutes apart and our appetizer was delivered at the end of the meal. Ultimately whomever is working is a reflection of the overall leadership of the restaurant (owners and GM). There was no plan for success from the owners and GM so everything failed. The leadership at H&F does not view a positive customer experience as a priority. We strongly urge anyone considering this restaurant to spend their time and money elsewhere. The one star is for our server, who was clearly trying her best in a chaotic situation but was set up for failure.

   We had a great server who was very helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant did not appear very busy, so it was quiet enough for us to have a good conversation at the booth. Would definitely recommend to locals and visitors.

   Charcuterie excellent. Salads excellent. Great bourbon list burger and fries barely warm burger dry and bun nearly stale in texture. Staff understanding but should have been on it when we asked for hot fries. Replacements hot but under crisp.

   This went from a favorite to a meh. The delicious salads are no longer on the menu. Maybe this is a seasonal issue. The iconic French fries were replaced with a few potato wedges due to a broken machine. The kale and mushrooms were not as delicious as what I had come to expect at this restaurant.

   Drink = excellent, read on may explain why the drinks are strong and good. Waiter= the worse waiter we have ever experienced, down right the worse Food= subpar, though not sure really how bad it was because the waiter was the worse ever, though the cornbread was the worse thing I have ever eaten at a restaurant or anywhere. Fish and chips ok, ham and cheese ok, I would love to meet in person the arrogant chef of this place to have a menu as such and such bad presentation and service. Waiter could not explain anything and they were out of everything. Overalll not sure how this place has remained opened. Honestly a axxhole experience and attitude about the whole place. And please folks disagree with me cuz this one is just down right awesomely so bad. If you disagree I would love to meet you in person and see what you are like, cuz if you think this is anywhere even remotely above 0 or even worth a mention you must be from another world.

   Kitchen was really slow this visit, some service miscommunications. Wanted to order more food, but didn't want to wait another hour for another round. Food was great, but some minor seasoning errors, little oversalted (and I love salt).

    Love the burger more here at the restaurant. Everything is made from scratch and you can taste the home made love in each bite - sauces and pickles are a must!
