Food was very basic and over priced. Two steamed sausages for $17. It didn’t taste anything special.
Been a while but it was as good as ever. The food was delicious, decent prices and efficient service. If you want authentic German food, this is the place.
Love it there and amazing food and will be there again in Nov
It was great We were there one world record for being set for pan curling/rolling
A rollicking good time was had by all!
Don’t bother! This place is ridiculous! Some of the worst German food I have ever eaten!Place is way too loud! And for some reason thinks it’s good fun to spank(hard) the mostly drunk patrons with something that looks a cricket bat! If you are normal and not drunk, you will not want spend your money to eat the mediocre food and be surrounded by this chaos!
Excellent authentic German specialty foods. Outstanding service even though it was like a madhouse in there.
6:45 reservation. Didn’t get seated until 7:30
Outstanding service and an experience to truly treasure. The beer was delicious and paired so nicely with all the amazing dishes that came out. Thanks for an incredibly lovely date night!
Blows Pittsburgh‘s away.
Disappointed with the seating- after raising this issue- having made a reservation and this being a special reunion-2 guys that served in Germany- we were reassigned to better seating.
The food was pretty bland- no real flavor, disappointing.
Schnitzel- and chicken with a bland gravy
Great place to get together with a group. Entertainment is fun and the food was wonderful.
I love Hofbrauhaus Las Vegas. I try to go every time I visit Vegas, I bring friends and recommend it to colleagues. And I always spend a lot of money. Tonight I didn’t love it and was frankly extremely disappointed. I knew this evening was not going to end well when the valet half heartedly asked for more money “I hope this is just a jumpstart” he said after I passed him the cash tip for the “free” valet service. Then I checked in for my reservation and had to wait 15 minutes watching other customers arrive after me and get seated. So much for reservations. We enquired about the delay and it was obvious they had forgotten about us and then made zero effort to make us feel better displaying awful customer service. Then, it got worse. Beer was ordered, and not delivered. Water ordered, not delivered. Seriously, our bill would have been much larger if we were served more than one beer each. And the sound system was atrocious. I think my ears are still bleeding. Terrible equipment and awful mixing in a room not designed for acoustics results in misery for customers. Tonight was a chaotic mess that lacked discipline. HB can do much much better. Hire more staff and train them.
Good times with great service. Really enjoyed the atmosphere and beer. Try the delish wurst salad paired with a Hefeweizen.
Great German food with large portions and tasty beer. Servers were friendly and efficient. Loved the Oktoberfest vibe!
The sausage sampler was outstanding. The giant pretzel was excellent, except for the cheese. The mustards made up for the cheese. The only real disappointment were the potato pancakes. The apple strudel was very good. It was my birthday and was listed as such on the reservation, but no mention was made at the restaurant.
We gave this place another visit after 5 years. It's a great place to go with a group in the evening. Music, fun atmosphere, good draft beers. Unfortunately, the food is just okay. There is a small German restaurant in Las Vegas we frequent that puts the Hofbrauhaus's food to shame. But if you're a tourist or a local that wants to bring your out of town visitors to a real "beer hall" experience, this is the place. Would definitely make reservations for anytime after 4:00 p.m. if you can. Service is also very good and friendly.
Fun experience and very easy for large groups. Good food! Will go again with another large group. Better than expected.
Always a pleasure to eat at this restaurant.
In general it was a fun time. The food was good except for the Sauerbraten; the beef was tough. The spatzle was over cooked. The pork was delicious. The entertainment was great. Would definitely recommend to all for a fun experience.
How can you put strangers together in one table with COVID-19 still rampant? We didn’t expect that when we made the reservations.
Great place for a festive interactive party. The band played in the main hall and it had a traditional beer garden feeling reminiscent of October fest in Munich!
Visited on a Saturday morning with my brother for the first time. Overall not too bad whatsoever.
Huge Portions of the food
Schnitzel Sandwiches were amazing
Pretzels were amazing
A Bit pricy
Hard to walk to from the strip
An authentic recreation of a German haufbrau. The beer is shipped from Germany so it is the real deal. The menu is traditional German with some updated American fare sprinkled in. If you want an authentic German experience but don’t have a passport, this place fits the bill.
You need to understand the premise behind the restaurant. It's high energy and participatory, but a huge amount of fun. It's as interactive as you want it to be. We finished the night singing on the benches. And the paddle doesn't hurt as much as it sounds like it will.
It's always a good time to be had at Hofbrauhaus. The food is great, the beer is cold, what more can you ask for.
Great atmosphere, great beer and great food. Always a fantastic place to go with friends and family.
Traditional German food and so delicious. We had an awesome server! Be prepared for large portions of food.
It was very quiet out in the beer garden. It sounded like inside the main dining room was quite noisy.
We miss the band, but also understand why they are not here!
Wonderful food and extraordinary fresh beer! Prost!
It was good German food. It was very loud and entertainment was very bad. Only one guy, who made animation. I know the original HB in Munich, but also the HB in Dubai. Even the Dubai one was much better.
No better meal entertainment in town
I’m upset that Hofbrauhaus sent in a no-show inquiry & we waited 22 min before being seated. We checked in early, and when we asked how long the wait was, the rude desk person said the wait was long bc “I have to seat 10 people before you”. We immediately felt unwelcomed.
We went to use the restroom after the 2 1/2 hour drive there, waited 15 min & 110+ people being seated before we asked nicely again & the rude attitude again surfaced with the response “we already called your name”. We were standing in front of her the WHOLE TIME & when we explained she refused to listen!
Then we were shown a table that was full & not available, another directly in back of a pillar, when finally we requested a seat that we saw was open. Seated 22 min after we checked in.
The food is always delicious, the ambiance what you expect for a Hofbrauhaus in Germany, the service once inside excellent!
I get that Hofbrauhaus is busy & there are a number of large parties there that night. I don’t get why the concierge needs to respond to a polite inquiry with anger. We were there two nights ago & it was wonderful, as usual!
Really good authentic food and facilities. Liked the food, the service and the traditional music (live) a lot! You gotta go there if you want to have an evening full of Oktoberfest flair!
Been here many times over many years. Although I love coming here for the German music, the food has suffered a bit. Ordered a breaded Jaegerschnitzel and it was a little dry and the onion curls atop were stale. Spaetzle was luke warm but delicious nonetheless. The wait staff is attentive. Would recommend.
Great fun place to eat. The music was great and you sit family style so we got to sit with some young college guys who really liked to have fun and we had a blast. The food and service was great and our 13 year old son had a blast. Very authentic German atmosphere! Great night out!
Love this place as one of our regular local places to visit
