Love this place - it is a regular for me now. Best burger in the business. I tried their special prime rib sandwich (a fancy Philly Cheese Steak) and it was to die for. The best I've ever had. Thank you Hoexters cooking staff.

It was a strange experience with multiple servers running around yet it felt like no one was available to help us. The food was oddly expensive and inequitable. For instance, Turkish eggs - eggs, yogurt chili oil & sourdough toast, no side salad. Whereas, eggs Benedict, swap Hollandaise for yogurt, swap english muffin for toast - basically the same thing as Turkish eggs, but came with a little gem side salad. I likely won’t go again for brunch, but may try again for the smash burgers.

We had a delicious dinner at Hoexters! The service was attentive and pleasant. The nose levels is a bit too loud, but it did not take away from the dining experience.

Every single staff member from the hostess to the server and the bussers was exceptionally kind and friendly. The food is always 10/10 but the staff really completes the experience and will keep us coming back time after time!

Terribly mid experience. Food was bleh - not bad, not good. The same drinks came out differently colored everytime. Salmon was extremely fishy, mortadella was sliced way too thick (Italian roots here); but the steak frites were great. The UES food scene has hidden gems - but this is not worth the wait / line outside on a Saturday. For $500, we would have gone to JG Melon and paid the same.

I was very disappointed and finally getting a reservation at this restaurant and it was everything I didn’t expect. First of all my burger came out cold and not presented properly. My fully loaded baked potato was ice cold. It was terribly overpriced, which I could’ve dealt with if the food was good, but the food wasn’t good. It seemed like the waitress didn’t want to be bothered with me. Very disappointing.

Fabulous cocktails at a quaint and sexy bar. Amazing bar tenders who know their craft. Food menu is small but on point! Love this neighborhood gem for both brunch and an intimate dinner with friends!
