   Super small menu. Out of half the stuff. And the pretzels and pizza were clearly frozen and had simply been warmed up. It’s a shame. Great location and good concept but we won’t return.

   We were very disappointed in the quality of the food and the menu itself. Not sure what happened to HockeyTown but the food choices and quality have gone downhill considerably. Halfway through our 2 plus hours there today, they changed the menu and only offered pizza and appetizers. We’ve made HockeyTown our go too location for our food.choices for events we are attending-tonight Dave Mason at Soundboard. Wish we would have come here instead-for the same price food might have been more enjoyable. Service was good. Restrooms were a disaster area with half of the woman’s stalls out of order. Sorry will not be back!

   Overall it was good food was good service good, the thing that spoiled it for me was the smell of bleach while we ate that was quite unpleasant

   We had a very nice dinner but the restaurant was pretty loud that night and our wine was served in campaign glasses which was pretty annoying. I am sure they were just out of wine glasses but I would have much rather my wine be in any other type of glass. Hockeytown is our go-to place when we are going to a show and will continue to go.

   HAD A RESERVATION AT 5 FOR SURPRISE. TABLE WAS NOT READY. WE WAITED 20 MINUTES TO GET SEATED. I AM A HANDICAPPED PERSON. ACTED LIKE THEY HAD NO IDEA WE WERE COMING. SEATED PEOPLE BEHIND US. SAT US AT A TABLE UNDER A LEAKING CEILING. SO DISGUSTING LANDING ON THE TABLE OUR HAIR AND CLOTHES. FOOD ORDER WAS WRONG. ORDERED SALADS IN LIEU OF FRENCH FRIES. NEVER GOT THE SALADS BUT GOT THE FRENCH FRIES. FOOD WAS COLD. BAD WAITRESS. RUINED THE SURPRISE FOR MY FRIEND. TERRIBLE.

   Made reservations 2.5 weeks before the day of reservations. We showed up and they told us they don’t do reservations on event day (there was a concert). Luckily management stepped in and took care of us. It was insanely busy, so service was slow (our drinks and food arrived at the same time) but the food was good.

   We made a 5:30 reservation because we were attending an 8:00 show at City Theatre. Upon arriving, Hockeytown knew nothing about our reservation so we had to wait while they put an area together for us. The service was then incredibly slow. They were out of multiple menu items that people tried to order - Octoberfest beer, meatloaf, and burnt tips. We didn't receive food to our table until 7:00, an hour and a half after our reservation time. One of the people in our group spoke to a manager, inquiring as to when we'd get our food. He came to the table and acted as if he could care less. He said that Hockeytown isn't using OpenTable anymore, and that I should have received an email to tell me (instead I received an email confirmation). When we told him we had been there an hour and a half and still didn't have our food, he told us that they have hundreds of customers, as if that was a valid excuse. My husband and I had ordered a pizza and asked for a little extra sauce but our pizza came with virtually no sauce (if there was sauce on it at all, I couldn't see it or taste it). Since the bad service already was making us late for getting seats to our show, we didn't bother asking for it to be fixed. We used to really enjoy Hockeytown. Now, we don't plan to ever return.
