Without going into an extremely long review, basically, my family and I went to this restaurant on June 13, 2021 and received horrible service. My family traveled from out-of-state. I made a reservation using Open Table, as always. We were greeted by the hostess and seated 10 minutes prior to our reservation at 6:45pm. The restaurant was not busy, and yet, we waited over 45 minutes for our food before asking to speak with a manager. Within that 45 minutes, we watched the waitress clear tables, take to-go boxes to other tables, all while blatantly avoiding our table…how do we know, because we made multiple attempts to get her attention. We flagged another waitress down and asked for the manager. The manager checked on the order and stated it was submitted just 10 minutes prior to him being called. As we discussed the issue with the manager, we could see our waitress on the patio, playing with another patron’s pet dog. She walks into the restaurant and proceeds to clean tables without washing her hands or anything. At that point, we left the restaurant. It was one of the worse services, I have experienced.
Sat at the table for close to 30 minutes and no one ever came to even take our drink order. Asked for a server twice. No one ever came. Finally just left.
Our waiter Trey was great! He was quick on the refills for water and our mimosas. The food was timely, he was of great service & we will definitely be returning.
Bartender was pretty awesome, forgot her name, but service was great, food was fire!!
I’ve visited the HOBNOB location in Atlantic Station and I’ve always had an enjoyable experience. Well that was until I visited the Brookhaven location on Memorial Day 2021. Upon arriving to the location, I informed the employee that I had reservations for 3. My family and I waited for 15 minutes before being seated in a EMPTY establishment to eat. Once seated our waitress came out and proceeded to take our order. I ordered the wedge salad and proceeded to ask about dressing. The waitress could not tell me if the restaurant had any other dressings besides ranch, which tickled me because she WORKS for the restaurant. After contemplating on Whether or not I wanted to leave, I decided to stay. Nonetheless, I ordered and my salad came out and it was o-KAY to say the least.
I was highly disappointed with this location and I will never be back!
Wonderful food, great staff!!
The food was mediocre. The bill included a built in 18% tip despite the fact I was clearly eating with my family. The waitress never disclosed the fact that the tip was precharged.
Service was rough - I think our server stopped by our table three times the whole hour we were there. We had a good 25 min period where she never came by. When the food arrived, half of it was hot while the other half was warm/cool. Overall a pretty lackluster experience of indifferent service and mediocre food.

Many items that are marked gluten-free on the menu are not. For example, sweet potato fries are marked gluten-free but they are fried in the same fryer with many other items that are not gluten-free so there is cross-contamination. People with celiac disease or severe gluten allergy become ill in this situation. So glad I asked my waiter, Deon, who was knowledgeable and able answer my questions!
Server was very nice but inattentive and food took forever. Food was good but not worth the wait.

Our server was outstanding. He was always on top of his job and kept the mimosas flowing. He made sure we had everything we needed in a timely fashion. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to do it again.

The chicken and waffles were awesome and so were the cocktails. Service was a little slow, but I would go back and try a burger!
Our server seemed to be overseated. It took roughly 20 mins to get our drink order. One in our parties bought bottomless mimosas and the first couple of refills we had to try to find someone to flag down. We mentioned it to our server and she made sure we were always filled. Our server was wonderful but I think she just had too many diners.
This location is amazing!!! The host Jeremy is the sweetest person ever and has amazing customer service. Our server Nomi was also extremely friendly and made sure we were always taken care of. Even with it being busy she made sure to always check on us and if anything was moving slow she explained the situation and apologized for the delay. Some of our party had dietary restrictions and she made sure they all were adhered too. The food was incredible and the presentation of it was just as good. This is now my new favorite brunch spot!!!
It was spaced out, which is important in the time of a pandemic. The server was kind and prompt, and our brunch was excellent
When HOBNOB opened we were VERY excited to have this at town brookhaven! Initially the food and service were both very good. The restaurant has gone severely downhill recently. We made a 1 PM reservation for brunch today and we were looking forward to sitting outside and enjoying some great weather! After being seated by the host noone came to our table for 15 minutes. We went to the front desk and asked for a server. 10 mins later one came over with water and menus. We ordered drinks which came in a reasonable time and then had to wait another 10 mins for someone to take our food order After 40 mins my food arrived (not what I ordered) but my wife’s did not. The server did not bring silverware either. He said he would bring some. 10 mins later still no silverware and still no food for my wife. We talked to the host who said he would straighten it out. Another 30 mins goes by and my wife’s food finally comes. We went for a nice Sunday brunch and were frustrated by the whole experience. We were there for 2 hours waiting for our food most of this time. Worst service we’ve ever had in ANY restaurant. Its a shame because this is a great location with a great atmosphere. Needs better management!!!!
