I’ve been here 3 times prior to this visit. The food was disgusting and we were charged for food that we didn’t eat. Everyone’s order was wrong and the manager did nothing to accommodate us.
Great experience
Stellar! Great service, great food, great time!
Sisters out for a brunch and catching up. Their first time at restaurant and they were loving their dishes! Great service/ cool workers. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Loved all the different mimosa flavors, and the salmon cake benedict is a must.
The food and service were excellent. Special shout out to Sheria who took amazing care of our group (there were 8 of us). Sheria went above and beyond to make sure our gathering was well taken care of. Wonderful experience.
Brunch was great!
Very welcoming and food was amazing Very Clean
Great food, good service
The thanksgiving meal was amazing
some of dishes we ordered were very good, but not all.
Wait staff was very attentive and accommodating. Food was great but I couldn’t taste the horseradish sauce on the salmon. That would definitely be something one could taste.
Nice people but wish there were some more/different menu choices.
The waffle for the chicken was very hard. Chicken and waffle is listed in the menu as 12.95, but when ticket was brought it stated 14.50. They advised the menu was a misprint, yet it was on the virtual menu as well. Bad PR. Our waiter was great. Food was subpar. For the restaurant to be not crowded and we were one the first customers there the food was LUKEWARM. I asked do they do shell eggs and clearly these eggs were liquid eggs.
It started out nice, however due to the pandemic they were short staffed. On top of the waitress we had seemed to be overwhelmed she never checked on us for refills and she took forever. What really took away from the experience was another waitress who kept squeezing behind our table as a short cut, it was very annoying. But the straw that broke the camels back was that we were watching the Biden acceptance speech and in the middle of the speech the owner abruptly changed the channel and turned up the music! Very rude
Great food, friendly service and overall excellent experience.
Drinks where also great with extensive selection.
Great brunch and amazing service! The bottomless mimosas are a great deal!
Best place for Sunday brunch! $17 bottomless :)
The server did not get my order correct and did not apologize for the mistake. I did get my substitution. It was clear she did not want to be at work. Also, staff was haphazard with mask wear outside when serving.
Sunday outing with my cousins. The outside seating was nice, the food was good the service was a little slow and not as attentive but all went well. This was my first time at this location. I was accustomed to the midtown location that appears to have been dissolved. Sad times.
If I could rate service a zero I would! Reserved outdoor table through Open Table and showed the host my reservation. His response was "well we don't reserve outside tables. its first come first serve." There were two open four tops our party could have used, but the host indicated those were for "people with dogs." I then asked if we could sit near the open windows and he said the tables were reserved. I didn't want to cause more of a scene, so we sat in a room in the back. Neither outdoor "dog table" nor the two indoor tables near the open windows were used while we were there for almost an hour and half. Just so management knows, I was there Sunday 10/18 for brunch. The host was male and he was an *sshole. The food was fine, but there are plenty of restaurants willing to accommodate seating requests for patrons concerned with indoor seating. I want to support locally owned businesses, but steer clear of HobNob!
Amazing brunch. Great food. Wonderful service
We initially arrived tardy due to traffic. I called ahead to inform the staff and apologize. We arrived 8 minutes tardy and were not seated for almost another 30 minutes. Our reservation for 12:30. We were not seated until after 1 pm.
Our server was pretty good. Nice gentleman- doing his best. No complaints there.
However, the food just was not good. Four of us attended and NONE of us ate more than 25% of our food.
Needless to say, this is an establishment we will not be revisiting.
The food was great! The customer service is unmatched! Our waiter Joseph was literally the best waiter ever. I’m from out of town, whenever I’m in town I’ll definitely be going back! Such a great experience!
