HK Lounge Bistro has been reborn in the SoMa district. We specialize in handmade Dim Sum and Hong Kong Style Chinese cooking.

Walk-in are welcome but reservations are highly recommended. You may also call the restaurant and speak with our host for availability.

    Very good - wasn’t happy with the the suggested tip including tax and mandated fees. But good food and service.

    Delicious dumplings with lots of variety. Food was excellent, and the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. Great dining experience!!

    We came here for dinner. There is a very small dining room, so very cozy. This is more of an upscale Chinese Restuarant, but the dishes are pretty standard and not that creative. The Sea Bass with Tofu and Black Bean sauce was the best dish. The wagyu beef chow fun was also very good. We also had the calamari and some dumplings that were good. The service was pretty good. Might try it for dim sum because I think that is where the food may stand out more?

    Food was exquisite. Really really enjoyed it. The spicy shrimp wonton was a thing of beauty.

    Outstanding food and service. This was our first time to the new place since the former HK Lounge II on Geary had burned down. The food is even better. Easily the best Chinese food in San Francisco. Will definitely be back!!

    This is a tiny place with very good dim sum. Not much for atmosphere and no carts (order from the menu). All in all, a so so experience.
