Dine from our Bistro Menu for some lovely dishes at amazing value. Please note: this is a reduced promotional menu and as such we cannot guarantee to be able to cater to all dietary requirements. 2 courses for £20 or 3 for £23. It’s available all day Monday - Tuesday, until 6:30 on Wednesday – Thursday and before 3pm on Fridays. We’ve worked hard with our chefs to strip things back and keep things really simple. It’s good, hearty, tasty stuff served to you by a team who love what they do. And sometimes you don’t need anything more than that. Our menu changes monthly and is subject to availability, please go to our website or check social media for updates. Please check our allergen menus on our website and let the team know in advance of your booking.

Join us for a tasting menu of delicious food and perfectly matched wines on the first Friday of each month. You'll enjoy a five course menu for £60pp with an optional wine flight of 4 wines to match your starter, fish course, main and dessert for +£30pp Please note: This will be the only menu available on this evening. This is a set menu but we will be able to offer vegetarian options if requested in advance. Regrettably we cannot guarantee to cater to any other dietary requirement, however we may be able to amend a dish slightly to suit if this is mentioned at the time of booking (no later than 10 days before the event). No payment is required until you dine but credit card details are required to secure this booking and are subject to our cancellation policy. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a charge of £10 per person. Images are for illustrative purpose only.

One of our favourite Manchester restaurants. Yes, I know it’s in Didsbury, but I needed to make sure that it wasn’t misunderstood that this place hits the spot regionally. Last night’s wine dinner was a step up on their normal excellence. Lovely staff, clearly enjoying working as a team in a first class establishment.

Tonight was our second, first Friday of the month tasting menu night & we had another fabulous evening. If you’ve not been here already you are really missing out, Hispi really stands out from the crowd, it never fails to deliver great food and seamless personal service . Thanks again, we’ll be back 😀

The wonderful team at Hispi has surpassed itself yet again! The Didsbury Tasting Menu nights are simply unbeatable and are now a firm fixture in my diary. Everything about the experience is as good as it could possibly be, from the courteous, calm professionalism of the front-of-house staff to the imaginative menu and outstanding quality of the food. The opening snack was a mouth-watering Isle of Wight tomato and wild garlic focaccia (I've never tasted focaccia as good as Hispi's and that alone makes a visit worthwhile). This was followed by a starter of grilled Wye Valley asparagus which was cooked to perfection, its delicate flavour enhanced by a tangy sauce gribiche topped with a tiny quail's egg. The crisp zestyness of the paired wine, Papagiannakos Assyrtiko, was an ideal accompaniment which carried us through nicely into the sea bream creviche, which came with a lovely fresh fennel and citrus salad. The tender, melt-in-the-mouth roasted chicken breast main dish was garnished with morel mushrooms, the rich flavour and meaty texture of which complemented the meat perfectly. It was served with potato hash brown, gherkin ketchup, rainbow chard and mushroom and truffle sauce - all totally delicious - and the paired Chilean Pinot Noir (Limarí Valley) was an excellent choice. We decided against the optional cheese course, though it's great to see Hispi pairing up with Didsbury's own fabulous The Cheese Hamlet. The Yorkshire rhubarb and custard fool with lemon madeleine was a perfect light and summery dessert, and as a finishing touch we were presented with a home-made dark chocolate and strawberry truffle. We had a fantastic evening and can't wait for the next one!

Lovely lunch in pleasant surroundings. Delicious flavours and modern presentation. Friendly and efficient service without being overbearing. Definitely worth a visit …. And then another …..and then another!!

A really fantastic meal here to celebrate a birthday. Food was outstanding, very nice menu and all cooked perfectly. The service was excellent, a very friendly welcome and the restaurant had a lovely ambiance. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our dinner here on Wednesday evening. We ate from the early diner set menu and it was such great value. The food was really tasty. It was a relaxed ambiance also
