    Sad experience for what should have been a lovely farewell dinner turned into an expensive exercise in frustration. New wait staff not only could not figure out whose food was at what table but the guessing game ended when we walked out mid meal in adjective frustration. The upstairs seating area is awkward at best and the lack of any service makes the entire experience somewhat of a joke. We were so excited for the opening and even with the hype no sushi chef is worth the garbage service and list of excuses except fixing it. Worst part was after we graciously tried to explain what needed to be fixed was went the service went from bad to the worst experience of all time. Don’t waste your time and they have balls asking for a $95 hold per person per ressie- why? So so not worth it!!!

    Manager was fighting with customer at the bar…so the ambiance was not relaxing No sparkling water for a 500$ bill…not acceptable

    No drinks menu therefore no prices. $20 a glass of wine??!! They need to let us know how much they are charging!

    A remarkably good, creative omakase dinner, and for Manhattan, not outrageously expensive. The chef seamlessly integrated traditional Japanese technique, ingredients and flavors with elements from Peru. We had a wonderful evening
