   Excellent food and they’re great about substitutions. A bit pricey but worth it. Atmosphere is great there with indoor or outdoor options. Very noisy though where you have a hard time hearing the person across from you. It was probably due to how busy they were.

   The food was awesome and love brownie dessert! Nice quiet area and close to Lambeau. The service was professional and friendly. I don’t have any complain.

   Waitress was unknowledgable about drink and food menu. Didn’t clear plates until later and only a few. Seemed aloof and not attentive. Other servers were very willing to care of us when asked. I liked the windows opened. Nice touch. Once windows were closed it seemed very noisy. But a lot of hard surfaces so no sound absorption But overall we like Hinterland and would definitely come again.

   I was SURPRISED! I was expecting yet ANOTHER overrated Lambeau district restaurant. But the service was excellent. I had the Hinty burger. Have to recommend it! My brother had the ribeye. He's a ribeye snob, and he enjoyed it very much! Nothing is worth the price these days, but they were comparable to anywhere else with the same fare. The acoustics account for a loud dining room, was hard to hear others at our small table. I'll go back.

    Was my first time there. Our waitress was wonderful!! Food presentation and taste was great! Enjoyed the atmosphere. Appreciated you had gluten free beer that tasted great and I was able to eat gluten free safely.

    Tuna bowl was outstanding but the shrimp & pork belly appetizer for $20 wasn't worth it. Only 1 pork belly strip that was half fat. I'd come back for tuna bowl again.

    VERY EXPENSIVE. For 6 people we ordered 1 appetizer, 2 salads, 2 kids meals, 2 beers, 2 sodas and 3 apple juices. It cost $122.

    Service started good. Forgot our appetizer, they did deduct it from bill. Server who took order never apologized. Another server who brought meal did, but waitress who took original order did not even acknowledge it when she presented bill. Food was overly smoky flavored. Steak was dry and plating left something to be desired. Salmon was good and couscous was ok. Overall I keep having high expectations for this restaurant, but they never seem to materialize. They do charge 3.5 % to all credit card transactions, but they do not notify you of this until they present the completed transaction. I understand the necessity, but would prefer to be notified (other than some fine print 🥸🤨).

    I found our most recent dining experience with Hinterland disappointing. Open table still allows for outdoor reservations but the igloos were not set up for the season. Took greater than 15 minutes from being seated for a staff member to greet the table. Burgers were over cooked. Service took greater than two hours from start to finish. Saturday 6pm no events in town.

    We had reservations but they still were not ready for us and when taken to our table it wasn’t able to accommodate our group size of 6. For the portions vs cost they failed. Same protein from another place half the cost and larger portion and they also have the atmosphere

    We came for the last game of the season and had a wonderful time!! We got there early and drank at the upstairs bar the was able to get our table before our reservation!! Food was outstanding and the waitress was wonderful and efficient. 100% coming again and recommend to all!

    The good was burned a little. The service was super slow, and the waiter rarely visited the table. Plus I reserved for a birthday and nothing was mentioned for the birthday reservation. No cake, balloons or anything for a $200 bill?

    The service and food was so good! My sister lives out of the country and was in town on business during her birthday so we decided to take her here. It was a fun laid back but still a nice dinner. The waitress found out it was her birthday and even gave her a free dessert. We will definitely be back to try their other meals; salmon was amazing, pizza was thin crust but excellent, and their sandwiches are excellent as well!

    Everything was very good with the exception of our fried cheese curds arriving not warm enough to our table so they didn’t have any stretch or melt to them. That was disappointing but my main meal was delish! We definitely go back!
