Easy to navigate website. Good choice on autumn menu selection and small eater appetite catered for with 2 starters and a sweet for one of our party. Tasty food and well presented, attentive staff.

Very pleasant staff who that were helpful and welcoming. Overall the food was average at best. The black pudding starter was particularly poor, virtually no black pudding just potato’s and baked beans in breadcrumbs, not good at all. The meal portion sizes was also poor.

Well Hinney u divnt need to worry bout a thing its grand! What a hidden treasure. We were off to the playhouse which was just a 5min walk away. The booking was straightforward through the app. The staff were amazing friendly and attentive. They had a chart telling you which meal had various intolerances which was fantastic. The food was amazingly presented and tasted Fantastic 😋. We had the soup and black pudding both were presented well and tasted great! I still cannot get my poached eggs like theirs?? For mains Pan Hagety and Pan fried chicken again presentation and taste was great. So we had to finish off with desert! Pear tart with ice cream and sticking toffe pudding amazing! We will be back definitely!

Very good food. Very pleasant restaurant. Good service. Only happened to be in the area for a few days and found Hinnies by good fortune. Would undoubtedly revisit if ever in the area again.

Excellent menu, first class fish cookery, exemplary service & the complimentary glass of fizz for our anniversary was much appreciated, only complaint was the prices of the wine which is why we didn’t order any

Beautiful restaurant, staff were so lovely, food and wine were fab, even the toilets are gorgeous, would definitely recommend a lush place.
