We are at the roof top of the lowest building . The service is slow . We asked the bartender who take our order to bring the silverware that they forgot after the food come, wait for 15 minutes and we still can’t eat our food . She even forgot about us:( very disappointing

Waited an hour for one drink and none of our reservation requests were met. Not a rooftop. Mostly lounge with a couple of outside spots. Food and drinks were good

My wife and I have never been to a rooftop bar. We read online that Highwater was one of the most romantic. Making reservations was extremely easy. A wonderful hostess greeted us upon arrival and attended to us the entire time we were there. The bartender made awesome drinks. You need to try the Bubly Martini. Also, for a quick bite, try the teriyaki chicken and salad. My only negative thought is that there really wasn't much of a view but no matter, it did not ruin our night. We will be visiting quite often for a quick drink and a bite.

We booked our reservation and the bar was having a private anime valentines party. We had one average drink and left. I’m sure it’s good other nights, but we wish they would have restricted reservations for the night or provided a warning for the private event.

Had an amazing experience last Saturday! The cocktails were bomb! The customer service and the bartenders are very nice as well. Alejandra who was our bartender for the night, recommended very good options for food! The ambience indoors is moderate and the view from the outdoors areas is lovely!

Not a real restaurant. The kitchen is 25 stories away. Our burgers (the only real food in the menu) took 1.5 hours to arrive with cold fries. Drinks are expensive (even for Manhattan standards). We were accosted (twice) at our table by a “regular” patron with dubious intentions under the auspices of the staff.

Highwater was a nice rooftop. The food was good. The service was exceptional! I would like for them to server take order, instead of placing the order for food & drinks at the bar. I look forward to coming back to the Highwater Rooftop in the near future!!!
