It's one of the only places in Inverness that has live music every night, and that's good, but because of that it is all tourists, no locals, and the food is boring and plain.

Had the best time here. Wish I got the staff members names but they were all amazing and looked after us so well. Thank you guys! Food was good, Calum Campbell was amazing, atmosphere was great. 10/10

Loved our dinner at the Highlander. A classic Scottish pub experience with great fish and chips and live music playing! Clearly a favorite for the locals and the tourists alike! Highly recommend!!

The Highlander is a great pub featuring some fantastic traditional bands and have a good assortment of food and drinks. The sad thing about the Saturday evening we went was a group of people felt it was ok to bully myself and my wife off our table so as they could take over the space. This seems to be ok these days. Whilst this is not the fault of The Highlander, there was little we could do about it. It didn’t spoil a great trip to partake in the NC500, but we would think twice about spending time and money in there going forward.
