Group bookings are parties of 12 or more guests, please note that group bookings will be required to dine from one of our shared set menus and require a credit card authorization form to secure reservations, all details available on inquiry.
Guests are kindly advised that there is often limited slip availability in the Marina for lunch and dinner vessels, whilst we will do our utmost to accommodate all vessels, we request all day visitors call ahead to ensure there is adequate dockage for your vessel on 242.427.1003. Alternatively, if the Marina is full there is adequate anchorage surrounding Highbourne where vessels are welcome to tender in and tie up to our floating dock whilst guests enjoy their meal.

Please kindly note, Xuma Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays.

We were pleasantly surprised that we were able to bring in our friends small dog who was with us. That was a big plus. Our reservation was atc2:30pm, on Mother's Day, so it was nice and quiet. Our server said later it was going to be really busy. We had great drinks and great food. It was a very nice day, and great service!

Highbourne is an incredibly special place, and we were fortunate enough to eat at the beautiful Xuma restaurant today, perched on a hill and overlooking some of the most beautiful water in the Exumas. We are staying on a small trawler nearby, and were able to park at Highbourne’s dinghy dock and enjoy lunch with two fellow cruisers. It was an outstanding experience from start to finish, and Lloyd did an exceptional job. He was attentive and professional, and so kind and personable. Our food was delicious - we shared the artichoke dip that didn’t last long (SO good!!), and I had the Mahi tacos with a side of these amazing fried grits I wish I could adequately describe! I recommend ordering them for the table because there are 4 ample-sized grit cakes, or you could understandably decide to keep them all for yourself and save some for later. Yes, they are THAT good. It’s our last day in the Exumas, and this was the perfect exclamation point on a fantastic trip. Thank you to all the staff at Xuma restaurant for such a lovely experience.
