                                                            The restaurant was just Ok. The reason for my less then perfect ratings are a few things. First I booked a reservation thru Open Table to only be told by hostess that my reservation wasn't valid. She told me there weren't excepting my reservation. What? I clearly booked it thru the app. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table to only have sub par service and our app came out 2 minutes before our food. Our waitress was nice but clearly too many tables, it took forever for refills on drinks. I understand it was a Saturday night and busy but then have more staff on, it was wild card playoffs and hotel had a huge conference so it should have been better staffed.

                                                            The food was not very good. The chicken breast sandwich was very heavy breading and many bites were breading only. The pastrami sandwich was very dry. The waitress was very nice and offered us a free dessert due to our poor experience; we did not take the dessert but it was nice that she offered.

                                                            Thanks for being so accommodating on what was probably your busiest night ever (Game 5 stanley cup). It was great celebrating the win with the entire bar. Service was a bit slow at the beginning but picked up pretty quickly as the night went on.
