We decided to give this relatively new restaurant a try about a month after its opening. We arrived promptly for our 6:45 p.m. reservation and were seated right away—so promptly, in fact, that the table hadn’t yet been cleaned from the previous guests. My wife opted for water, and I ordered a glass of wine, which took approximately 15 minutes to arrive. We started with the Firecracker sushi and a cup of lobster bisque. The sushi was excellent—bold, flavorful, and true to its name with a satisfying kick. The bisque, unfortunately, lacked depth and arrived after a 45-minute wait. It was thin, lacked lobster pieces, and overall felt uninspired. For the main course, my wife ordered the Louisiana Gumbo. She found it bland and more reminiscent of a stew than a traditional gumbo. We ended up taking it home with plans to enhance the flavor ourselves. I had the Sea Scallops, which were well-prepared and flavorful. However, the grape tomatoes served alongside them were unexpectedly cold, despite appearing to have been cooked. We recognize that new restaurants often experience some growing pains. While there were some high points, there were also areas that needed improvement. We plan to return in six to eight months to see how things have progressed.

Needing handicap access.First of all I was disappointed there was no push buttons to open the front doors, no push buttons and/or support to open the restroom doors. However with that being said the staff was very helpful in that regard. I was extremely excited after eating at the Gilbert location multiple times however this new location did not yet neet expectations. I did wait a month after opening perhaps I need to wait 6 months to a year. Is jury is still out if we will come back to this location. Additionally, the waitress seemed to have a rather large section by herself which did not lend itself to even filling up water glasses timely. However the hostess was gracious and extremely helpful.

This is a new restaurant for Goodyear and it has been fantastic. We have been there three times and it has been very consistent the food, Service, atmosphere, have all been outstanding.

Portion size was amazing. Not rushed. Drinks, appetizers, and entree came out appropriately spaced.

Halibut & Chips with plenty of fries & Coleslaw. I had month sushi special which was excellent. Thursday $2 off sushi.

It was hot as can be in there, look like the window had been broken. Our waitress was horrible and she only had one other table. I drank three of my friend’s waters before she even came back to see if we needed anything.

We enjoyed our dinner the food was very good. Our waiter was great he informed us what the best dishes were. Our disappointment was in the menu. We had gone on their website to view the menu and had our hearts set on a couple dishes. After being seated and given a menu we noticed it wasn’t the same as what we saw online and the dishes we wanted were not on the menu. Very disappointing,not that the food we decided on wasn’t good, it was. Would have liked knowing the menu was wrong ahead of time they need to update their online menu. Definitely worth going to at least once though as the food was good.

Beautiful place but still needs work with a few things. Temperature is warm and not cool and avoid end of bar area tables, warm no air. We were moved and still warm in place. Wasn’t busy at all on Tuesday Oyster time about 530, service was bad to get out waitress and refills and order. Soup was like pudding with no lobster just really thick but just kept since no waitress lol. Definitely loved my salad and oysters. Place is beautiful and I’m sure the kinks will work out soon.

We had a delicious happy hour of fresh oysters and sushi. All was well prepared and plated beautifully. Our server was courteous and efficient. Our only dissatisfaction was half way thru our orders, the time between servings was very slow compared to what it had been at the start. The problem seems to be the kitchen staff not being able to keep up with customers orders coming in. This needs attention from the management. Otherwise, food was very good , ambience lovely and wait staff courteous and helpful.
