   Staff were lovel and welcoming, table werr spread out nice food was great

   Delicious scones, fresh cream and yummy sandwiches. Chef’s done a great job. A great experience overall but had to put up with staff counting the cutlery and the noise of that was a bit disturbing.

   I've been a lot of High Tea's and whilst it has the potential to be a really good one - I think a lot more thought needs to go into the atmosphere, table presentation for High Tea (i.e. a table cloth & serviettes would have been nice and special). Plus the food wasn't at the quality I thought it needed to be - not all items were eaten - so think they need to have a look at what other providers offer). It was value for money with what you got but I think it you tweaked the menu and dressed up the table then you could charge another $10 per person.

   A group of friends and I often come and have High Tea at Crown Plaza. It was our fav place that we constantly recommended to friends. However, our last experience was not good at all and we are looking for another location for future high tea's. Price hike and dietary requirements phoned in the day before and not actioned until we arrived was a disappointment. And no crème brulee, panacotta instead which was running and scones over cooked :(. Sundip was pleasant, refilled our teas and checked we were ok.

   We had planned to have high tea to honour our recently departed mum, who came in a small box. This was very sensitively acknowledged by our lovely wait person who gave us excellent service throughout. The tea set was beautiful and the whole presentaton/environment amazing. The food was lovely and tea delicious. At $28 pp the value for money was exceptional. Thank you so much for allowing us to add two further people at late notice. The whole high tea experience with/for our recently departed mum at The Crown Plaza was fantastic and we will definately reccommend to others and be back ourselves.

   Wonderful high tea, fantastic selection of quality Treats! Fabulous service and lovely restaurant with a view! Highly recommended!

   Atmosphere was lacking in the venue. Food was good but certainly wasn't anything above and beyond. Loved the design and style of the china and the tea selection was good...would recommend the French Earl Grey. Main reason for rating lower was that I had phoned about an hour before booking to confirm details as had one friend with me on a special diet so could only eat something off their bar snack menu (previously arranged with restaurant as well), was advised all was in order when I called, got there and they told us they did not have that item that she could eat. Sadly she had to go without eating anything while the rest of us enjoyed our high tea snacks. Very disappointing given the prior warning they had.

   This is thebest High Tea thatIhaveever had and the staff were so amazing and went over andabovewhat I was expecting. This was a very special experience and I shall tell everyone that I know about it. Thank you.

    Hamish was great. Gf food could of been better Prosecco /sparkling wine could be a better brand
