   We got served the tea in cold water! That was just ridiculous. Limited selection and not good value.

   A lovely understated, elegant venue with a 32nd floor city outlook and sweet, obliging staff. We just didn't realise the afternoon tea was a buffet - we expected to be served at the table with the elegant tiered tray pictured in the promo material. This expectation was reinforced by a call from the hotel during the week confirming dietary preferences. That aside, the little morsels served on their buffet trays were fresh and impeccably executed. The sweet offerings were particularly exquisite - notably the delectable mini pears, hazelnut choux, tiny berry tarts, choc delice and macarons. Scones were a tad dry and we prefer a thicker clotted cream. There was less innovation or variety on the savoury side and fillings were a trifle stingy - the cute tiny beef pie was half empty, the tiger prawn brioche had only a half prawn sliced lengthways. Again, a few items pictured in the ad eg. the vol-au-vents didn't show up. There were also a few oddities such as random varieties of candy on the buffet, a cheese board with no crackers and no sugar on the tables. Tea was served to the table in pretty glass teapots - the black tea selection was limited to English Breakfast or Early Grey. Overall, it was an enjoyable afternoon, but not quite what we expected and probably not the best value for modest appetites.

   Great service and location. I would have preferred more savoury items, but everyone is different.

   The service was great but the food was very average compared to other high teas in sydney. It appeared as though they modified their dessert buffet for the occasion, and the menu was a hit and miss.

   Really incredible high tea! We had the love is love special high tea for World Pride. I loved the chef coming out and assembling the entree at the table, really fun to watch and it was also super delicious. The savoury part was good, amazing pastry! The sweets were amazing and really fun. Normally not that big on macarons but actually they were the highlight of this. The balance of the blackberry jam and perfect macaron was amazing. The tea was delicious and they were quick to top up the hot water. The service was delightful and engaging, and the venue is very beautiful. Suprisingly quiet for a Sunday afternoon, so we had a really lovely and relaxing end to our Mardi Gras weekend. Thank you!

   Lovely tea experience celebrating my daughter’s 7th birthday. The only downside was that I paid for 2 adult high teas and they only brought a kids and adult one. Otherwise superb.

   First of all I love tea parties!!!! The Four Season Christmas High Tea was amazing. The food was delicious and the Christmas sweet were so cute with the Christmas holiday approaching. I would recommend this high tea to my family and friends.

   You can continue drinking different teas at no cost. The service staff is professional and friendly. It is located on the ground floor of Four Seasons Hotel Sydney at The Rocks.
