Been coming here for 18 years. It has never disappointed. The best and most consistent restaurant is West Chester hands down. West Chester restaurants come and go. Just the fact that High Street still exists after 20 years is a testament to it's quality.

Our food was cooked properly, but the seasoning was wrong. Cajuns don’t put barbecue sauce on our barbecue shrimp, and our blackening spice is very flavorful and spicy. High Street’s dishes may be inspired by the cuisine of Southern Louisiana, but it shouldn’t be advertised as Cajun.

We brought our 15 year old granddaughter who is an adventurous eater and she enjoyed the experience. She and I shared three appetizers, alligator, crawfish, and shrimp, while grandpa had jambalaya. Everything was delicious. Desserts were also scrumptious, bread pudding, chocolate mousse, and key lime pie. As one of our favorite restaurants, High Street Caffe never disappoints.

As just about every time we visit, the food is outstanding. Our server, Tina, was great as well. A must for folks looking for cajun/creole food. A+

It was very good and my husband and I have been going here for years, but is seems like they recently shrunk their jambalaya portions and raised the prices. Additionally it took over an hour to get our meal which was disappointing. The food was definitely delicious but be prepared to wait.
