HiFalutin is a family dream come true...Back in 1986, as we were creating a name for "Baggin's" (our gourmet sandwich shops), we came across the word "HiFalutin". The name seemed to encompass another dream that we had for establishing a unique, western-like restaurant- one that would be "a cut above" the rest. As that name danced in our heads for 16 years...it has inspired and shaped the creation we now share with you - "HiFalutin:". Five star experience from the second we walked in. Service was excellent. Waitress was nice and friendly. She made recommendations, and was very attentive throughout the visit. Food checked all the boxes. Hot, tasty and fast. Overall great value. We will definitely be back.

We have never been disappointed when dining at Hifalutin. We had a great server, meals, as always, great. Food arrived quickly, piping hot. Highly recommend.

I had the lamb chop special, and it WAS special! Make sure you order them “medium rare” for a perfect chop. Our server was Dana, and she did a great job, pacing the meal perfectly, and did rush any part of the evening. Thank you!

Our waiter was awesome and the food is always so good. We were there early at 4:30 so the noise level was good but other times we’ve been there later and it is just too noisy, especially when they have somebody singing in the bar.

We have been to Hifalutin several times, but this was by far our best visit. The service was excellent and our food was outstanding. The Rustlers Ribeye is so delicious, seasoned perfectly, and cooked to perfection (med rare for me and my husband). The baked potato is re-baked with cheese and bacon (if you desire) and the skin is crispy and delicious. The veggie mix included snow peas (which we love), broccoli, and cauliflower (two of our favs). We also added Aunt Charlie's walnut salad as an appetizer, which was split between us because it was so big. Very tasty with spinach greens, spring mix, and arugula. We had prickly pear margaritas that went along beautifully with our entire meal. The bill was reasonable for all the food we had (I brought home 1/2 of my meal because it was so big). If you want a comfortable atmosphere with excellent steak go to Hifalutin and enjoy!!

We sat outside on their patio which was nice. We ordered an appetizer which we never got. Dinner was out pretty fast. Our table had the meatloaf sandwich, ribs, side salad, and shrimp pasta. Ribs were very dry and needed sauce. When we asked for more BBQ it was brought out cold. Meatloaf sandwich was just ok. Pasta was good. Side salad was $8 and nothing but a plate of spinach with two tomatoes and two cucumbers. Needed pepper and extra dressing to be edible. Server was nice and friendly. Overall place was ok but food needs some TLC.
