We are an Authentic Italian Restaurant. Relax and enjoy your table for the evening where the courses come freshly cooked and paced throughout the evening. We offer a four course set menu..Chef created the concept at the Hideaway Ramsons Restaurant in Ramsbottom in 2008. The Hide Away on the Rock in Bury mirrors this tried and successful concept giving our customers an experience based on the Head Chefs chosen menu. We use quality seasonal ingredients locally sourced along with our Italian suppliers with a personal touch we are renowned for. As the former Head chef of Ramsons, and our experiences from travelling and eating our way around Italy we have brought them to the Hide Away.
Allergies and Intolerance must be noted, but dislikes as I'm sure you will agree cannot be met to stay true to the Italian Cuisine.
