Tri-tip sandwich - the tri-tip meat was over cooked; dry and tough. Sweet potatoes fries were outstanding.

Food and service are really consistently quite good. We will continue to support our local businesses. We were quite disappointed to find out when we received the check that we were charged $5.00 each for soda water out of the gun. It would have have been appropriate to have been informed of this up-charge when we made the request. Our server did indicate the charge is often questioned. We share to be informative to future visitors, not to dissuade patronage.

The food and service was excellent, its our favorite place to eat now, we wish it was closer. Our server was attentive, polite, continued to check on us during our meal, as did the manager.

Two years in a row I've made a reservation noting that we were celebrating an Anniversary only to have any mention of it ignored by the staff. Little courtesies can make a positive difference. Too bad 'cause the food was excellent. Moving on!

A true neighborhood gem. Everything from the moment you walk inside is great. The people at the front desk are smiling and politely ask if they can assist you. If there is a wait, it isn't very long. Having a reservation on Open Table is helpful. The servers are polite and friendly and don't rush you. Food delivery is handled efficiently and everyone is friendly. The food is prepared right on and is very high quality. Even the desserts are fresh and taste great. We wish there were more places like this one. We have been there several times and will be back again soon.

Hickory Ranch was great as usual. The food is always good, haven't had a bad meal yet. The service is great! It's a little pricier than some restaurants but it is entirely worth it. A great place to go.
