Since paving at Wilson Lodge getting to Hickman Restaurant was a challenge, confusing & will not to Wilson Lodge for dining the rest of our stay at Oglebay.

Steak was raw, potatoes were literally frozen in the middle. Pepperoni rolls was the only thing good on the menu. Had to hunt down the waiter/waitress. Ate there twice, both times we had to ask for a pen to fill out the bill. Terrible service and food. We ate off the property for all of our other meals.

It was July 3rd they were very busy not enough help. Food took 45 to get to us. Other than that it was a good experience. Food was good.

We were disappointed to find the dining room and Glass Grill being renovated, but were pleasantly surprised to find this option available. Our dinner was very good and we had a very nice waitress. Good service and nice and quiet.

Food took forever and it wasn’t crowded. The only person who I would give a 5 star to is the water girl. She was wonderful.

We have dined all over the world. And this was one of the better experiences. That it came in a buffet setting makes it all the more extraordinary.

We had a wonderful time. We had a few drinks, appetizer, and meals. Listened to classical guitar. The atmosphere was great, even though they have construction ongoing. I was most impressed with the incredible service. Our server was perfect and checked on us periodically. Every staff member was friendly and attentive. Well done Ogelbay!
