I was looking forward to dining here for Fathers day however everything seemed very un organised. Only one staff member for over 30 people. The food was excellent. I really hoped for a vibe on the roof terrace but didn't get that.

What a disappointment. I’d noticed this venue was recently revamped and the pics looked great so we decided to take the family out for Father’s Day lunch. The service here is a huge let down. We were seated and told it was table service. About 15 mins later we received menus, the limited staff were popping around to other tables but it was far from busy. After over 30 mins of waiting another staff member came over and asked if we had ordered, she then told us it’s not table service and for us to order at the bar. After watching other tables have their drinks brought out I then had to carry out tables drinks. To top it off they ran out of pizzas which is a large part of their menu. Fortunately the Korean spicy chicken was great but our other meals were very average. It’s very obvious customer service isn’t important for them and the venue is just there as a facility for hotel guests.
