*PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING* 60oz A5 Dry Aged Wagyu Tomahawk, served tableside and flaming. The Price of this experience is $400 per Tomahawk and feeds 4- 6 guests. Due to preparation methods, the Tomahawk Experience must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $150 per Tomahawk deposit required to book the experience. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required on all Tomahawk Experiences. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice will result in loss of deposit.

We have dined there 5 times and have always had excellent service and food. We live in Ohio but when we visit it's our go- to restaurant, especially entertaining guests. Views are great.

Amazing experience with amazing views! Service was top tier & we had the short rib pot stickers, hestia roll, and sea bass. We celebrated a birthday & it’s a great birthday spot!

What a fantastic restaurant! We shared 3 appetizers for 4 of us. Each couple ordered 2 rolls. Excellent food! Next time I'm eating appetizers! They were absolutely outstanding!

The ambiance was wonderful. We were a little underwhelmed by the potstickers, but the sushi was great. Our server, Toni, was phenomenal and attentive. It was a nice date night.

We sat outside and it was great weather. Excellent service from the staff; she provided alternative options for us (plant based) and we had a great start to Virgo Season!!

First time at Hestia - we absolutely loved it. The best sushi so far in Charlotte and an amazing view. We will definitely be back!
