A hidden treasure in Richmond. Our server, Tomas, was EXCELLENT, catering to our wishes. A very pleasant and happy experience at Hestia Kitchen and will definitely go back.

Their lunch set menu is a spectacular value. The dishes were great including the ice cream dessert.

They could improve on their appetizer salads (we still haven't figured out what stone fruit was used in the burrata salad, but it was not peaches and came out stone cold despite being grilled), but the mains were delicious. Even my brother's steak, which he ordered rare and came out still moo-ing. Exceptional service, though.

Father’s Day Dinner. No set menu or anything so just ordered regularly. Had the bone marrow, tomahawk, fried chicken, and truffle fries. Bone marrow had salsa on it and surprisingly it was quite tasty and I don’t normally enjoy salsa. The fried chicken was for my 4 year old and although I didn’t even have a bite, she inhaled it all pretty fast so it must be good. Could have passed on the Truffle fries. They were yummy but not comparable to everywhere else that serves it. Tomahawk was pretty good. Thick cuts served on the dish. Could have used a bit more char but that’s okay. Definitely would say good for the price compared to many other places that serve Tomahawks. Overall I would say it is definitely recommended to at least try once! The place is really nice inside.

Overall the food was good, well worth the $25 CAD lunch and the portions were generous. The mashed potatoes for the main course were a bit cold and didn't feel like they were heated up enough, so hopefully some improvements can be made. Also, the waiter might be a bit busy and it takes a while before he comes to order or change the next dish!

Third time here and unfortunately the worst experience yet. Food was average, service was slow, and staff didn’t seem interested. Disappointing, especially after good previous visits. Not coming back.

Had a fantastic lunch at Hestia! The food was flavorful and thoughtfully plated, with great attention to detail. Service was attentive without being intrusive, and the space had a calm, welcoming vibe. Dishes are priced with great value. Perfect spot for a relaxing mid-day meal — will definitely be back!
