Herringbone – ARIA – Las Vegas

The restaurant and staff are very good.. I do think it brunch it’s over price for what you get.
Yeah the buffet was good. Kinda pricey but it's Vegas.
Food was good. Portions are very generous. Had the waiter warned us about the large portions, we could gave shared one appetizer and entree, which would have made it a great value.
It took 45 minutes for our food to arrive and then we were brought the wrong food. The waiter was unable to charge our food to our room even though I had used my card that morning at the Aria cafe. I had the lobster roll which was good but messy and had to be eaten with a knife and fork. My husband had a salad and the lobster pasta. Both were very tasty. He had one glass of wine and I drank water. At first the outdoor manager offered to comp the wine, sparkling water and salad. We declined free desserts. As we walked out the hostess asked about our experience and I said it was horrible. Then the restaurant manager comped our entire meal. There were only 4 tables with customers in our area so not crowded. I canceled our second reservation.
We (a team of 9) had a most enjoyable teamdinner at Herringbone‘s. Excellent service, great food and a nice atmosphere.
The restauranr was not very busy that night.
Great brunch and patio! Music was lively but not too loud!
It was my birthday, the service was so great I went 2x
We went for brunch. I called ahead of time to ensure that we could order off the menu and not just do the buffet for brunch. As it turns out, we were not permitted to do that. The buffet was not very extensive, and the conclusion of our group was that this was very overpriced for what it was.
The service was excellent, I would absolutely recommend Herringbone!
2nd time here in the last month! Everything about the food quality and overall experience was awesome!
They wouldn’t seat us as a party of us, only 4.
Came here with my mom on a trip to Las Vegas for brunch and absolutely loved it. Food was very tasty (those pancakes though), but even more so the ambiance - we sat on the patio - and the ever flowing mimosas was top notch. It was a great place to indulge and have a spectacular time. Will be recommending!
Service was excellent from the hostess to our main server, they were very attentive and friendly. Food is on the pricier side, we shared a salad and side dish along with 2 fish entrees, total check was $180 before tip. Food was well prepared and very flavorful.
Buffalo Calamari is a MUST!!! Also the Lobster fried rice was exceptional!
Our reaervation was at 5:00 we order our food around 5:15, the waitress did not come out until 5:45 and notify us that they did not have the item i ordered. I then ordered a filet medium well it came out well done. Manager tried to be helpful but did not compensate for our bad expierence. We did receive food until 6:20.
Hostess that sat us was incredibly rude.
This was a business meal and they did not have a regular table so they sat us ‘lounge’ style on a sofa where the table was so low we all had to bend over just to eat.
Food and service were great and the restaurant was very accommodating!
Our server was outstanding! The oysters and halibut dish were delicious. I would definitely return to this restaurant. We loved the upbeat loud music, but some people may prefer a quieter atmosphere.
With so many choices in Las Vegas this wouldn’t make the list. This place is pricy as expected but for a sports bar, blasting club music, with a bunch of people in PJ attire it just seemed way over priced. Only one of the two cocktails were good and both were either tiny or all ice. This place was not a great representation of California cuisine and ambience.
Everyone is professional. Ambiance is nice. Food is good.
Great service. Sumptuous meal. Brunch, very much worth it.
Great for brunch, a bit pricey but you do get quality food from menu and stations
Brunch was expensive, but worth it if you have the appetite. Everything was delicious!
Typical high end vegas place... good quality... expensive but very good
This was a fabulous brunch from the stacked carving stations to the impeccably prepared small plates. As a seasoned bruncher, Herringbone gets a 9/10 easily! Can’t wait to come back.
No lobster and too much salty in food. Service is kind of slow when request.
We went for weekend brunch during the NFL Playoffs. The quality and quantity of food you get for $60-$70 per person is extremely worth it. We literally tried everything on the brunch menu (the pancakes are a MUST) and then was able to get other food items at four different stations they had setup around the restaurant. A whole seafood station with sushi, lobster, crab legs, shrimp cocktail, tuna tartare ... an omelet station with delicious selections of bread and jams etc. ... a salad station .. a dessert station!! Drinks are not included in the brunch menu, but they do have packages you can get which is worth it if you drink more than three drinks with brunch. My partner and I only had one drink and we were good because we aren’t drinkers. Our focus is good and service! The staff was super nice. I didn’t feel rushed. We stayed the whole brunch time (our reservation was at 11:15-3) because we were watching the game and they were super sweet about it. I believe the owner was there and came around making conversation and checking everything out. So kind! Great staff! Unbelievable food! And the location within the hotel is set away from the more chaotic nature of the casino. Highly recommend. :)
Service was amazing, food was fantastic. One of the best piece of fish I’ve ever had
Food and buffet style was nice. Server wasn’t the best... nothing was explained and we sat “empty glass” multiple times throughout the brunch.
Great service and food, the DJ played music that fit the ambiance well. Very nice, will definitely be back in the future
Had an amazing time for my wife’s 40th birthday. We were looked after by Peter and Rodrigo and they were both a credit to Herringbone...they really made my wife’s birthday perfect! Thank you!
Branzino was fantastic!!! So was salad!!! Service excellent! Will be back!!
Ugh! This was a major disappointment. The servers are friendly, but completely clueless about their “new menu.” I order one thing & was later told that “you get what you get.” Really??? Honestly, this place is incredibly OVER-PRICED and is remarkably FORGETTABLE!!! AVOID at all cost!!!
Amazing meal and service.
We made reservations at 11:15 for lunch. Got there but they were closed. So unprofessional. I saw the staff inside eating. Possibly a meeting. They saw me looking in but never bothered to greet me. Anyways I tried calling them but no answer. Such a nice restaurant to have bad service. Don’t let people make reservations if you’re not going to take them.
Was looking for a nice lunch with my girlfriend.
Was offered the choice between an abbreviated ala carte menu and an expansive buffet.
Was disappointed to learn that there was no salad option on the ala carte menu. To get a light salad meant committing to a $65 buffet (not reasonable) and to make matters less pleasant, the host insisted that both my girlfriend and I had to select from the same menu.
We did not stay.
Super fantastic again! I took my honey to brunch for an early New Year's celebration. His first time and my fourth was absolutely fantastic. Please do not change as you've found a winning recipe for locals like me and visitors. Thank you team Herringbone for delivering quality food in a fun-tastically super cool environment! See you soon.
I love this place. The Chilean fish was very excellent, the Caesar salad was scrumptious.
Another great dinner at Herringbone. The Idaho rainbow trout was fresh and perfectly prepared, paired with an assortment of very tasty vegetables.
Over the holidays my oldest girl friends and I met here to enjoy their bottomless drinks and brunch. It was incredible. We did the $70pp upgraded bottomless drinks (amazing) and they had so many food stations that we ended up spending almost 3 hours eating, drinking, and catching up. Living in Las Vegas for many years, we are all so spoiled with great brunch options, but this is easily our new favorite. Highly recommend.
