True farm to table dining, wide variety of craft beers brewed on site using ingredients grown on the farm, excellent service, and a great dining experience!

Service was somewhat disjointed. Food delivery to the table was not coordinated. First person got their starter while the 2nd waited. 2nd Starter was delivered as 1st was finishing. One or the other seemed to be waiting without food while other person was eating or they would have to wait with their food just sitting there. Hopefully, this is just early growing pains and will be worked out. Food, presentation, ambiance were all excellent.

We arrived and they had a Super Bowl party going on. Very nice spread for food and great beers on tap. I would definitely recommend to anyone around the area.

Wonderful atmosphere! Mark the server was excellent. Outstanding craft beer selection. Food was very good. Kitchen still struggling to get food out in a timely manner. Several tables received partial orders. Confident they will streamline their process, we have been out twice and will come again. Would suggest adding more wine NYS options.

So a really great place, great menu and good variety of pleasing local beers. Our Server Mark, despite being slammed-was excellent and where there where issues in the kitchen (delays, substiutions, smaller than normal portions) he was accomodating. The place was totally full...perhaps the kitchen is too small or they are still going through growing pains just opening in October. We will go back and hope they have their act together in the kitchen. Really good IPA's and Stouts.

We visited for the first time on a recent Wednesday night. I had the four course pairing menu, my husband had the coq au brew and a beet salad, my son had the smothered pork chop. The three of us shared three appetizers and shared one additional dessert. Obviously we wanted to try several options! All ofthefoodwas delicious, the beers we tried were all very good and well paired with the meal. Service was great - friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back in the future!

We all loved our meals. Burgers were excellent and loved the bacon jam on them. One of our party had the squash ravioli and she loved it. Loved the flights of beer so we could try 4 of the 5 on tap.

The food was made with fresh, local ingredients and it certainly was an exciting menu. But the execution was poor for the high price and small portions. Vegetables were either undercooked or over cooked, including a whole raw carrot that ended up on my mom's plate. The kitchen made it difficult to make substitutions for health reasons. My risotto had hardy rice with beautiful mushrooms, but they were way overcooked and the flavor was one note- oil and butter- with too dense of rice. Small portions at that price are fine when there's great finesse with the flavors and perfect execution and planting. But it was mediocre flavors for a 5 star price. The chef is trying to be something they're not, at least until they step up their game. Drinks, however, were wonderful. I'd recommend the house rootbeer.

Beer/drink selection is very good. Would go for drinks in the future but not eat.

It is so refreshing to go to a restaurant that actually cooks! The kitchen staff clearly know what they are doing and the quality is noticeable. We avoid chains but are still often left disappointed by uninspired menus and the kitchen’s inability to deliver. Heritage Hill nails these issues plus has delicious beers, a beautiful, welcoming atmosphere and a friendly staff. We look forward to many more meals over the seasons. We hope everyone takes the opportunity to check it out!

Food and drinks were great! We were seated near the dish station and it was too loud. High tables near the bar were open which would have been nicer for a couple. Waitress was very pleasant. Online reservation service was great. Will definitely go again.

nice environment but loud. Food good but can improve (chicken pot pie was dry), (home made potato chips were over done)
Server did not know what some of the menu items were
A bit pricey for Pompey. should start out more conservative and work prices up as quality improved.
Ended our night with entertainment... watching a fight at the bar between two drunk guys

First off, Central New York is in desperate need of some new restaurants for foodies - especially restaurants that are located outside of the City of Syracuse limits. Heritage Hill definitely fits the bill. The menu is all farm to table and each meal we ordered was excellent. At some farm to table restaurants, the menus can be somewhat limited. Heritage’s menu, although not exactly akin to walking into a Wegman’s with 50 choices for the same item, is less limited than other similar restaurants and everyone in your party should be able to find something that satisfies their palate, including the kids. Brews are wry nice and adult beverage menu, if you are interested in something other than beer, is more than adequate. The ambiance is more of a modern somewhat rustic brewpub open style large room - which was nice considering you are on the property of a working farm and micro brewery. Definitely be going back again.

Delicious food and generous servings! It's difficult to decide on what to order, even with the limited menu. We appreciate the daily postings of menus and the proximity.

Congrats on approval for 7-days a week!

Brisket sandwich was very good. Had a flight of beers. Verity is limited and new. For me there were only 2 I would drink again. I truly hope the place works out and it succeeds.
