While in Beverly Hills, you can drink and eat as though you are in France. Wine-maker Jordane Andrieu, the owner of a biodynamic wine estate near Meursault in Burgundy, recently opened a not-to-miss hang-out in Los Angeles.

Sitting at the zinc bar, the bistrot table or in the homey wing chairs in this cozy, comfortable yet very stylish environment, you will leave with the delightful feeling that you spent the evening in Paris.

Wines are organic, biodynamic or natural (really great experience), food is French. The knowledgeable service offers an interactive education in fine wines, with exceptional hospitality.

We were surprised to see how quiet it was in there. A definite hidden gem. Make sure to order the beef bourgeonon and mac and cheese.

It was absolutely the perfect choice for dinner before heading to the Wallis for a performance. The vegetarian quiche was quite tasty and it was lovely having a free glass of champagne to start our night off in a festive fashion.

What a pleasant discovery. This was the first time at Heritage fore and the overall experience was outstanding. Friendly manager and staff, layered rich stories about the wines we chose, and the musicians were eclectic and created a perfect ambiance. Bravo!

Charming and intimate, this place is a wonderful restaurant! Loved our salmon in paper, and tuna sandwich! Tried John Legend’s Chardonnay— yum!! Worth the $20 for a glass!! Only went there because of proximity to theatre— but would definitely go again!!

My first experience at the bar was great. The bartender was good and we had such a good time we met again for pre-performance at the Wallis. This time we were at a table. Our wait staff was good at first but then dissapeared before all our orders were taken. No one came by and time was running out. We grabbed a wait staff (not ours) and tried to order a cheese board....an on the item menu. She argued with my friend stating she didn't think the kitchen could prepare it. The discussion was at least 3 minutes. Too long for a simple order. We finally got the cheese board about 20 minutes before performance. The bill was around $100 for 4 glasses of wine, 1 cheese board and 1 Salmon Board. Food was good but too much money for the poor service. We made the show seconds before curtain.
If we go back, we will sit at the bar.

4 of us met for Happy Hour last Friday. Overall it was an enjoyable experience with the live music, the wine and food but we were very disappointed with the offerings on the menus.
We arrived before 6 pm and there was one wine sold out, then there were two other food items on the Happy Hour menu that were not available (like the Oysters and salmon toast) making the Happy Hour food menu extremely limited. Then we got to the regular dinner menu and the two main entrees that we wanted to try were not available (the crocque monsieur and the beef bourguigogn). It just seems like every entree we wanted to order was not available. I think they should adjust their menus accordingly if they are unable to serve certain items. The charcuterie board they put together for us was very tasty, the escargot and the brie toast with honey and walnuts were delicious. The employees were friendly, the wines were delicious, the music was great - we were just let down by the menu choices.

We are so glad that we booked a reservation at Heritage Food and Wine. We were going to a show at the Wallis Annenberg, coming from Orange County, and honestly, just booked it because of its proximity to the theatre. We were so pleasantly surprised. When we first arrived, it was not busy, but soon filled up and we were sorry to have to leave because musicians had just started to play. My companions are wine aficionados and I love all things French, so it was perfect. We had a cheese plate, tomato soup, a tuna sandwich, and salmon en papillote. Everything was delicious and the bread that they get from Paris (overnighted daily!) was amazing. Candice and Charles made our evening special. Thank you!

Had reservation for a party of four at 6:30.
A private event was also happening, noise level unbelievable, service friendly and slow.
Soup too thick not hot enough, salmon papilotte over done and desert disappointing.
I will stick to lunch, atmosphere inviting.

I won't divulge the specifics of my girlfriend's and my spectacular visit to Heritage. It was an unusual circumstance and it could not have been better in any way. I will say this: FANTASTIC hospitality shown by Charles and Jordane. SPECTACULAR wines chosen by those gentlemen. DELICIOUS cheese and charcuterie curated by Charles. PERFECT espresso to end the meal. And BEAUTIFUL jewelry and accessories, to boot! We will be back for weekend music and wine, of course.

Wine is excellent and food is good, and the value is fantastic, but service is slow, very slow. Good for a date, not so for business meal. But willing to go back again because it's passion to wine and French food (bread was good too) are worth it.

I simply love Heritage Food and Wines. The wine selection is wonderful and Jordan and Alec are always willing to help. I tried brunch on Saturday and it was delicious. The French Toast I am still savoring.

The restaurant had very little of the items on its menu. No bread which erased the charcuteire and cheese plates, as well as escargots, toasts, and Sandwiches. The were out of soup of the day and salmon. They did not have the first three wines we requested. It was all a bit weird, since we had a reservation, and presumably were expecting customers. It was Saturday night when a restaurant might expect guests, and there was little in the way of apology for having nearly no food.
We had a delicious quiche, by default. The singer was excellent.

The ambiance is very nice!!! We will Definitely be back! Very romantic. We sat at John Legends piano for dinner and for our wine tasting. The waiters at very helpful With wine and food selections, and the food was amazing!

Went for the JCB tasting experience. While the staff is friendly, they don’t know the JCB wine, and it is not the experience you get at other JCB salons and tasting rooms. Nice wine bar, just not up to JCB standards.

We had walked by Heritage Food & Wine a number of times, thinking it was just a wine shop or wine tasting venue. But I was browsing on Open Table, looking for a place to eat before a show at the Wallis and noticed Heritage. It is a very short walk from the Wallis so we parked and strolled across the street. The inside is very French cafe or bistro and the hostess very welcoming. The band was setting up and all of the dinner tables were close so we expected to have our conversation drowned out by loud music. No worries. Two guys, one with a guitar and one on drums were loud enough to be heard but not so loud as to make conversation difficult. There was a very good veggie lasagna and tasty arugula salad, complemented by a list of wines for every palate. The dinner menu is very limited but our food was excellent and there are enough choices to keep us coming back to eat and eat again. And the apple tart finished off the meal perfectly.

For a spur of the moment selection we were very pleased with the cozy atmosphere. We arrived in time for “happy hour”. Even though there were several very good wine and sparkling selections we opted for a bottle of the well priced Taittinger and an order of the generous cheese board. We had a lovely time sitting in the overstuffed chairs enjoying our champagne and appetizers. In fact we were having such a great time we stayed for another bottle that the owner opened with his sabre. WOW! What a show. Mr. Andriew was very gracious and accommodating. The young lady tending the bar, Rosemary was a sweetheart. Can't wait to go back.
