                    Very impressed. Delicious food - the rack of ribs was excellent, and the rosé was lovely too! We will definitely be back.

                    Have visited a few times now and the food is always amazing and the setting is just perfect perfectly with a toddler! Have already booked to come again.

                    Another fabulous Sunday lunch at Herd. This time we were celebrating a special birthday. Beautiful service, food and atmosphere. Special mention to the Angus beef roast. [We usually steer clear of ordering beef anywhere from the roast menu as it’s always highly disappointing: overcooked, grey and tough.] We decided on the beef at Herd this time. For once in my life I’ve been served a proper medium rare succulent beef Sunday roast! Delicious. And the bone marrow is the cherry on top 👌. Well done 👏.

                    Wow blown away, definitely the best roast I’ve ever had. The service and the setting were beautiful. We will absolutely be telling our friends and heading back again ASAP!

                    Fantastic Venue, food is incredible and reasonably priced. Just what you want to experience in a beautiful countryside setting. We have now been back for breakfast, lunch/dinner and Sunday roasts are out of this world!

                    Sunday roast and breakfast both fantastic. Cooked to perfection, generous portions with heart and soul flavours. Great music and ambience. Service was slightly slow but only because it's a family run business in a relaxed atmosphere so take your time, enjoy the vibe and views. We are very fussy with our roast dinners and this was exceptional which is a rare find.
