Henry's on the Hudson is located in a prime location on the Jersey City waterfront. Every seat in the house has an unobstructed view of Downtown Manhattan. The menu is made up of American Contemporary options, and the restaurant offers a wide range of seating options. Outside seating is available in the summertime, there is a more intimate back room area, and the full bar area that is always busy for Happy Hour from 4-7 Monday through Friday. It is a place you need to experience for yourself, and we know you will keep coming back.

Gorgeous view of the New York Skyline. Excellent food, nice ambiance, fair price. My only negative comment is parking - it is hard to get a parking & they have no valet parking as the restaurant is deep inside the building. If you like dining with a view, this is a good restaurant for you!

Great atmosphere. The location was a little hard to find so I was late for my reservation but the staff was very accommodating. Overall, I had a good time.

The view was great and the food was very good. I ordered a NY Strip (rare) and it actually came rare! The flavor was great. Our table was a bit remote although that had little impact on our server, he came to us just enough that we never felt forgotten. There was a bit of a damp odor at our table, which might have been because of its proximity to the kitchen. Prices of menu items was good, not going to kill your wallet.

We have eaten at Henry's in the past and have enjoyed it every time. Same for this time. Problem we had was the food coming out, very long. They were very busy but 35 minutes waiting for salads and sandwiches is a little much.

Food and waitress was great. The only problem service was way too slow for a work lunch. It took us 1 1/2 hrs. - somehow this was not taken in to consideration.

We were told this was more of a lunch restaurant but during our stay in Jersey City we ate dinner here 3 nights in a row. The food and service is good and the outdoor seating offers a spectacular view of the NY skyline. We couldn't get enough of it! The staff is attentive and the price is very reasonable.

Well, I was kinda annoyed that the host walks in and ignores the fact of me waiting to be seated. Instead, he attends to the lady who was standing behind me. I didn't make a big deal over it but still made me feel slighted. When he came to seat me, they had initially gave my reserved table to the woman. The hostess realized there wasn't another table as I requested. As a result, they had taken the woman from my table requested. Then, sat me down to that table. Excellent view but food was sub-par! Chicken sandwich was tough and tasteless. View of NYC and the Hudson River was awesome. Maybe will return once more to try something different.
