   I booked a table at Henry’s via the OpenTable app for 8:45pm. When we arrived we were greeted by a waitress who told us that unfortunately the app had allowed us to book too late and that they were unable to serve us food as they stop serving at 8:30. We had arrived at 8:30 so she kindly went to the kitchen and asked if we would be able to get food . Unfortunately the answer was no. We then spent the next 30 mins trying to get somewhere to eat and thankfully bar and block were more than happy to serve us food at 9pm . As I was unable to eat at Henry’s I cannot give a review of the food but bar and block was lovely.

   Lovely lunch and drinks as always. Atmosphere good and staff very attentive. Would highly recommend

   Staff and food were incredibly. We come every couple of months and never fails

   A really lovely place with excellent staff and excellent food. We were there during happy hour and enjoyed cocktails and other delights. The chicken wings were delicious as were the burgers. Nice atmosphere, just all in all a great fuss free meal. Would definitely go again. Thanks Henry’s!

   I usually love coming to Henry’s — the service is normally fantastic and the food consistently great. But last night was a real letdown. The young girl behind the bar with dark hair was incredibly rude in her service. She looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. She served my mojito with a dried-out lime that could’ve doubled as a frisbee. No price was mentioned for the drinks — she just waved the card reader at me and walked off without acknowledging my “thank you.” We also waited around 20 minutes for our drinks at the table, and only got them after chasing them up, despite the bar being empty. I ordered my usual chilli chicken, which is normally a favourite, but it was not up to standard this time. The slaw was dry with no mayo, wilted in texture, and lacked the usual freshness and flavour. For the first time ever, I left my food unfinished. To top it all off, the music kept blasting loud and then suddenly going quiet, and the lighting kept flickering between really bright and dim. It made for a really odd, uncomfortable experience — so different from what I’ve come to expect from Henry’s.

   Service was extremely slow, had to ask to clear table for dessert. Waiters constantly walking past table we felt slightly ignored as I could see them fooling around. Portions were good my roast beef was average. Was quite cold aswell. Quite disappointed, as I booked it for mothers day.

   We always enjoy our time here. Service is great and food is delicious (maybe less pepper in the mash lol).

   Very reasonable and the overnight roast beef was perfect for mothers day

    Food super tasty but chicken burger was a slice of a chicken fillet. Cocktails good and bar staff pleasant.
