For the price of the food I am disappointed. But the server was exceptional, and I loved the atmosphere.

Very nice ambiance with attentive staff. We were a party of five for brunch. We were all very pleased with our food and service. Highly recommended. Will definitely be returning.

We had hopes of enjoying a wonderful breakfast in our beautiful hotel but it simply didn’t work out that way. Our server was overwhelmed with too many tables to take care of while who I assume was the floor manager stood around and didn’t help her to any great degree. I refilled our water glasses on three occasions as nobody came to offer. Very sad for such a beautiful place.

We had reservations for dinner. Got a table inside next to the big open window. It was great. Our waiter was helpful and accommodating. ( my wife needs to eat gluten free). Appetizers very very good. But she ordered mussels and there came the disappointment. It was not cleaned well to the point, after the third bite we had to send it back. Did not give another chance. The next surprise came when the bill arrived. They charged us for that mussels. All he offered is a complimentary desert. ??? No thanks. I do not recommend the place for this.

Changement de dernière minute (<24h) non communiqué pour un brunch de Fête des pères devenu un buffet insipide en raison semble-t-il du Grand prix de formule 1 !!! Œuf brouillés, bacon, saucisse et jambon : le tout tiède et sec; quelques fruits, quelques viennoiseries et 3 petites bouchée comme sucreries pour 55.00$ on fait mieux dans n’importe quelle grande chaîne de déjeuner. Hello, We had a reservation today at 11am under the name of Marc to celebrate Father's Day with him.. We are repeated clients of yours having experienced your breakfast , brunch and also dinner ..Love the atmosphere and the service is excellent..but I just need you to know that today's "Buffet" was below expected standards.. The scrambled eggs were in clumps and inedible and never topped up ...the smoked salmon was dry on it's side , probably for being out for so long .. your choice of cheese was unimaginative with little choice ...the croissants were soft and soggy , the bacon was left a lot to be desired , the waffles were most and undercooked ...no choice of jams or honey... Basically the display and presentation was not representative of a the five star service expected at Henri Birks Hotel... I thought it important to share this experience with for our love of Henri's Brasserie ..

Que des déceptions. Ce n’est qu’à notre arrivée qu’on nous informe que le seul brunch offert est un buffet même si nous avions réservé (déception no. 1). Une nourriture insipide dont entre autres des œufs brouillés froids, des saucisses et gaufres caoutchouteuses et un plateau de fromage famélique; nous nous sommes excusés auprès de notre invitée (déception no. 2). Une addition de 183 $ pour trois - une arnaque signée Henri Brasserie (déception no. 3). À éviter à tout prix sauf si vous aimez la nourriture de qualité cafétéria et si vous aimez les déceptions. Et j’allais oublier le personnel qui semblait avoir la mort dans l’âme.
