Chef de Cuisine Jason Moltz's seasonal menus feature hand-crafted dishes that infuse fresh, local ingredients with modern world flavors. Hemisphere also features an incredible wine selection and cuvées. We are located on the ninth floor of the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport with convenient access to downtown Orlando, the Interstate 4 business and tourism corridor, as well as the neighboring Lake Nona community. We started with the Burrata which was uniquely delicious. Secondly, we enjoyed the meatballs. We split the lamb chops as our meal. They were perfectly prepared. Our waiter was very attentive, and he did not rush us to finish. It was an enjoyable evening!

Went for Magical Dining. The whole fried snapper was the best I've ever had. Perfectly seasoned and moist. Lightly battered and huge portion. The crawfish chowder and panna cotta were also great. From the gentleman at the valet to the server, and chef, I highly recommend this restaurant.

A great location with a nice view. The whole fried snapper was delicious. Cocktails were good. The scallops were nicely prepared but needed more seasoning in the sauce. Waitstaff was wonderful. We will return!

Absolutely delicious! We had the magical dinner of Snapper. The best. The crème brûlée with pineapple and Costa’s just fantastic. Chef came out and asked us how our meal was and how it was prepared, which was a wonderful touch.

Highly recommend!! We look forward to going again. The staff were super friendly and attentive. The food portions were very generous, tasty, and great quality! You won’t be disappointed. We weren’t!!!!
