The food was just mediocre when compared with cost. The biggest problem was that it was so cold in there that all you wanted to do was eat and get "the hell out". Our server was great however. Very attentive and very pleasant.
Professional service, great ambiance, and good food. A bit expensive - but the location and long open hours and prompt service are a treat.
They were closed for a private function. We were not notified that our reservation was cancelled .... BAD BAD BAD!
Service was good, food was good. They didn't have our open table reservation but was still able to accommodate.
EXCELLENT! We visit Orlando 3-4 times a year and always made it a point to stop in for dinner. Was not impressed with the menu after the remodel. As a matter of fact we stopped going. However, since then another overhaul of the menu was done and full meals were added. The chef has done an awesome job and should be commended!!! The food is excellent as well as the presentation. Slavic, our server, is also excellent. She is very kind, courteous and very knowledgeable of the menu. We always request her when making a reservation.
Very disappointed in my meal. I had the scallops - they were VERY salty and the dinner portion was three scallops. The squid ink pasta was hard and not edible. The taste was horrible, the texture was tough.
Fantastic staff. Super attentive and caring. Will surely return many times.
Went for our 2 year Anniversary and had an amazing time with their tapas style dining. We had the grilled octopus, lobster and the seafood bowl and they were all excellent!! Must try the tempura veggies they are to die for.
The food, service and atmosphere was amazing! The food presentation was beautiful!
The restaurant has a great view over the airport and was very exciting for my little daughter. The staff was very accommodating and friendly and the food on the Visit Orlando Magical Dining Menu was great. Overall a very nice experience.
Enjoyed exceptional service with Andy as my waiter. The scallops and white wine were delicious. Great place to go if you have time before or between flights. Great view!
The food was excellent and the waitress was very nice. But if you're in Orlando try to go during the being when you get to see the sunset. I'm guessing you will get better views at that time.
We went for magical dining and this place was great, they did a complete reno not that long ago and the atmosphere and food and great. Valet parking is free and validated with your meal.
The food was very good (I suggest the crawfish chowder). Never knew this restaurant was there, but glad I know now.
Great food. Very innovative. Great view of the airport. Great wine selection.
Place was in a beautiful location, but the food was JUST ok not worth the price at all. Awesome view awesome service.
We had a great, unhurried breakfast from the buffet. Selection was good and the service attentive and friendly to the entire family.
We found the service and atmosphere was great. They had our favorite beverage up from the bar downstairs.
The good was not to our taste but that may be because we don't frequent high end restaurants. It possible that our lack of experience was our problem. Overall HAPPY.
What a pleasant surprise. My wife and I had dinner after her flight arrived. The food was delicious and the server very professional. We look forward to returning.
Wonderful views of the airport, delicious assortment on the breakfast buffet, and great service by the wait staff!!
This restaurant is an unknown gem! The food and service are amazing. No one believes that there is such a great dining experience at the airport Hyatt.
If you haven't been to the airport Hyatt to the ninth floor restaurant called Hemispheres, make a reservation for this weekend. They recently did a really nice renovation of that location and wrote a new selection of innovative food items. It is really a spectacular menu and a nice selection of small and normal size plates. Call ahead and see if Mark is working.
Friendly staff great food great view if your in the Orlando Airport stay at the Hyatt and try this restaurant
The views were amazing. The people were great. The food was good but it is a pricey place to eat.
The service was unbelievable & the food was great!!! It has the flight line in view... so fun watching the planes come & go...
Every year, we have dinner after the first night of the FICE conference at Hemisphere and have enjoyed it immensely. However, this year the menu was whacky, and very hard to understand. The chipolte caesar salad was excellent, but most of the entrees were not prepared as stated. The grouper was seared perfectly, but there was absolutely no seasoning - not even salt or pepper. The steak in the steak salad was so over cooked, the client didn't eat it. And the charred steak was so black, the client had to cut off the outside just to be able to eat it. I can saw the client who ordered the lamb chops thoroughly enjoyed his entree.
Great staff and a great place to try new foods at reasonable prices.
We had a reservation but the front desk told us they didn't have it. I showed them my conformation and they said that they always have problems w the OpenTable website. I thought it was odd too because when I made the reservation it said "Hurry, only 2 times left". This was Sunday brunch at 11am so I thought maybe it would be super busy. I almost changed my mind after seeing that. No! There was only 3 tables there. There were plenty of tables available. I do think they need to fix that because that may be deterring business. From what the picture showed, I thought it was going to be very upscale. It's totally casual people in flip-flops heading to the beach along with business men in suits. We had the Sunday brunch buffet. It was scrambled eggs, the bacon was very good, there were mini pancakes, French toast, or oatmeal, Brie cheese, cereals, fruits and a frittata. The only thing that bothered me was at 11:15 the guy took a half pan of frittata back to the kitchen, right after I took one. My husband wasn't there yet so he didn't get one. It was very good. Wished he hadn't missed out on it. There was no reason to take it and never filled it or brought anything back to replace it. I think we know where it was headed. I understand employees nibble throughout their shift but the best item...c'mon. Overall , the staff is all overly sweet and friendly. The buffet was not some big grand buffet but the food was pretty good.
Loved the food! Bone marrow, pork belly, kalbi short rib bao, and octopus - all tasted wonderful and were beautifully presented. Wait staff was attentive and personable. We tried to order the spiced duck with Indian fry bread, but they were out as they are getting ready to change the menu over for the coming summer season. This was a bit disappointing because I really wanted to try the fry bread mostly due to its being a rather difficult to find menu item.
The view of the airport was cool. From our table by the window we could see both directions on the runway, so we could watch planes taking off and landing as well as see the airport shuttles glide along their elevated tracks.
The noise level was a bit higher than we expected, so this may not be the best place for a romantic date night dinner. But, otherwise, I highly recommend Hemisphere.
We live in Orlando and never would have considered a restaurant at a hotel in the airport but I'm so glad we did! The food was amazing! Very attentive service and great wine selection. So easy to get in and out through the complimentary valet. We will definitely be back!
New menu is too trendy. Love the small plate additions, but it lacks enough basic large plate options. Service friendly, but almost imposing.
Very nice Tapas- style menu. Great views overlooking the airport. Service was great and the food was very good and reasonably priced. This is a great venue for locals to grab a very good meal while waiting for friends to arrive at the airport!
House salad was mediocre and so was the Caesar salad ordered by my business partner. The strip steak entree should have included at least one "starch" side item.
Love the Hyatt in Orlando, Fl. They do a great job!
This is the reimagined Hemisphere !! Service was excellent. Food was outstanding. Very reasonable. Wine list great. Located in the Hyatt Airport in Orlando (great hotel). We can't wait
to return for the next pre-cruise dinner and stay. Although I did not dine for breakfast the next morning I have heard nothing but wonderful things. Enjoy !!
Overall my girlfriend and I had a great experience here. We ordered a specialty cocktail off their list and after tasting it I was sure that it didnt contain the brand of alcohol that it was supposed to. When I made the server aware she brought the drinks back to the bar and retuned and offered us a round of another top shelf liquor on the house. I was impressed at how rhe situation was handled and would return to hemisphere in an instant. The food was great - octopus cooked perfectly and the desert we ordered was so unorthodox but also done with so much attention and had cery unique ingredients. Very impressed with the experience.
new decor at this airport hotel restaurant is lovely. However, new menu that accompanies it is not as good. Tapas style is okay, but choices somewhat limited (2 salads, for example). We had the fish special, and it tasty very fishy.
Love the wine cuvée system, ambiance, menu & service!
The breakfast was very good, just enough to get us through the plane flight until a noon-ish meal
