I feel we found a treasure so close to us in Lake Nona! The food was really incredible and our server Mark was so kind and helpful, we will be back.
This place is pricey on a regular night. Went for Magical Dining and it was a wonderful experience. The short rib entree is DELICIOUS. Dessert was great too. The view of the airport is very memorable. My mother apparently had the best Old Fashioned in her life.
Attended magical dining. Great experience. Only wish is if there is a loud large party to move them to their own area. We sat next to an very loud party which took away from our experience when there was additional room to move them to.
3 courses of outstanding food. The crawfish soup is deservedly famous. I had the Short Rib. Our birthday lady had the fresh catch. My wife had the vegetarian option, a roast cauliflower dish. All were uniformly excellent. The best came last, the Passion Fruit Bombe. We’re headed to Hawaii and they serve many deserts there with this flavor. Our desert was worthy of the Island’s best chefs. It had a variety of tastes beyond just the passion fruit. It was simply wonderful. This was a great meal!
First time visit. We ordered from the magical dining menu and everything was amazing
They staff was extremely professional providing great customer service to us. The food was phenomenal especially the crawfish crowder I believe it’s called. Our food arrived within 10 minutes after ordering, overall experience was great!!!
Great food, professional service all around, exceptional views. Definitely worth a trip to the airport.
Disney cruise vacation!!
Beautiful view. Food Excellent. Very convenient. Service GREAT!!! Definitely would return on our next trip.
Amazing view. Excellent Service!!! Very convenient to our room and airport. Will definitely return. My compliments to the chef and his staff.
We went to celebrate a birthday! Mark was a great server! Parking for locals is complimentary!
It is too good a restaurant to be in an airport hotel!
Food was nicely plated & very tasty. The ingredients were unique & well paired. The teens tried things they normally would not have tried. Enjoyed having the chef come over & discuss the preparation & overheard her background with another table.
My only complaint was the familiarity of the waiter. I felt he was too casual for the caliber of the restaurant. He did a good job, but make me feel like I’m in a level up.
We thought the whole experience was wonderful except the parking.
The hotel parking lot was full and we drove around the airport parking
for a long time to find a spot.
Food and atmosphere were incredible. A bit expensive so it's great for a special occasion!
Since arriving, from the moment you get to the valet parking they accompanied us to the elevator. When we set foot on the restaurant they were ready for us. Absolutely wonderful host, he knew exactly who we were and what we were celebrating. The amazing host took the time to read my request for the night when I made the reservation. We were seated at first in a large and very comfortable booth because they didn't have the table that I request it at the moment, but when one was cleared out a very nice lady prepared it for us. It was perfect a two person table overlooking the runway strip. We tried the sparkling wine "Canvas Brut Blanc de Blancs" which was delicious. Then we ordered the "Artisanal Cheese Selection" that was sooo yummy and the "Farmers Blend Sliders" which was sooo good! For dessert we had the BlackBerry and chocolate and I had a delicious cappuccino before that. Our server was very informative but we barely saw her, I think we saw the host and talked to him more than her (we talked about the cheeses that we ordered and the sparkling wine) I think she was stretched thin and it really didn't bother us that much (we were just enjoying the night) . The chef passed by our table which we appreciated sooo much!. Everyone that talked to us wished us a happy anniversary and It made us so happy! At the end of the night the valet gentlemen told us about the events they have from time to time and he was really gracious with us. Overall a great Anniversary night!
They should put some sort of music (might I suggest jazz) there's a point were It gets loud but it's not music you hear just people. Would be nice to hear music too.
Excellent service and the food was amazing. We will definitely return!
Exceptional with capital letters!
Our server was very friendly and helpful. The food was great! We will dine there again.
Ok for a convenient breakfast in the hotel with a nice view of the airport. Price for a buffet is also less than the $25 at most hotels. However, a la carte breakfast is just fine too. There was a bad burnt toast smell from someone burning their bread that I wish they made some effort to clear or ventilate
AWESOME IN ALL ASPECTS. TAZ was an OUTSTANDING Host! for making our stay special.
Impressed. It is not often that a restaurant actually impresses me in every aspect and this is actually one of them. Our server was impeccable. She's one of those people that you actually feel grateful to tip. Every action ended with a thank you and was genuine and that is far and few to find. The presentation of everything was pristine. It was structured perfectly and the flavors blended marvelously. The manager and the head chef came by the table which is always an added plus. The place itself is modern and quaint and has a super cool view of the airport runaways. This place is truly a fine dining hidden gem. Who would have thought you'd find a place like this at an airport!
Hard to believe this was an airport restaurant. Fantastic entrees, everyone enjoyed every bite, and solid service. Short rib sliders, pork chops, scallops, swordfish. All excellent choices.
Wonderful food & service.
Parking was a little confusing.
Outstanding in every way. From the fabulous decor to the delicious food to the exceptional service. So surprising to find in a hotel, let alone an airport hotel. Go without hesitations
Great brunch buffet! Everything tasted delicious. Beautiful renovation. Staff was very friendly. Can't wait to try their dinner.
Already recommended it. Relaxing atmosphere, easy to park, great view. I would rate it above the Citrus Club simply because it's not downtown and it's easier to park.
The hostess was rude to my wife and claimed we did not have a reservation! I showed her the res on Opentable and she apologized. Damage was done - this was a birthday brunch for my wife and she was rude to the birthday girl! Unacceptable. Our server was good, but not as attentive as he could have been. The place was pretty empty and the staff did not seem motivated to clean up the tables or look after the customers
This place was incredible. Amazing food, impeccable service, and the view of the planes taking off and coming in was so neat. The chef went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs, I am gluten free and my friend is vegetarian and the dinner prepared for us was so good there was barely a crumb left on our plates. Highly recommend!!!!
Food was excellent especially the grilled octopus. The waiter was really friendly and attentive!
We had an exceptional experience and an extraordinary dinner created by Chef Shelby & Chef Jeff at Hemisphere last week. The food, from presentation to flavor, was out of this world. The attention to detail throughout the evening from the Chefs, the wait-staff, and the Guest Experience Manager, Taz Zifos, made this an unforgettable evening.
It was our 32nd anniversary, and we wanted someplace special. Several reviews said this was a hidden gem. We had mentioned it was our anniversary both to the hostess as well as on our reservation. No one even bothered to say "Happy Anniversary." The service was excellent, the food was better than average for Orlando, but it was not a special place, with a unique view. It was just exactly what it really was, an airport restaurant. There were a half dozen people in the area when we got there. All of them were single men on business trips. Near the middle of our time there, a couple with 4 kids came in and shortly after that another couple with two babies. The noise level immediately went up substantially. Again, just like you would expect for an airport restaurant. The prices, however, were more in the area of a high-end restaurant. This is not a high-end restaurant. We would have been better off eating in the food court. One thing is for sure, we won't be back on our 33rd anniversary.
Beautiful place to see the sunrise an outstanding service!
We had a large party including children. The breakfast buffet was fabulous and the children could eat from it including their drinks for only $5. The other people in our party ordered from the menu and everything was delicious and presented so well. Was a great place for a family gathering before people left on flights.
Great food. 2nd time we came for Valentine's day and we were not disappointed. Had a good server but we prefer Sherry.
Lovely evening enjoying time with great people. Only challenge was that our table was positioned in such a way that two members of our party had to turn around in their seats to see the planes taking off and landing.
I was hoping for a memorable dinner when traveling for business, but was underwhelmed. Despite a relatively empty dining room, I was seated in a corner out of view of the advertised wall of windows overlooking the airport gates and runways. The food was delicious, but service was inconsistent and infrequent. I’m sympathetic to slow nights when bartenders double as servers, but it would have been helpful if I were seated anywhere near the bar.
Just so you are aware, guests of the restaurant must have a key card to access the 9th floor. If you’re not staying at the hotel and just dining, you’ll need to ‘check in’ at the lobby or snag a member of the staff to escort you to the restaurant. Unfortunately, there were no readily apparent signs or directions, nor did the valet share a friendly heads up. I understand the security as there are guest rooms on the same floor, but better signage or service should be available to direct patrons of the restaurant. I helplessly rode the elevator until I exited and the lobby and asked for assistance.
Everything was unseasoned
