Once again, EXCELLENT! The food, drinks, wine, atmosphere and view are amazing! We always make a point to go for dinner when we stay at the hotel. Slavca, our server, THE BEST! We always request her and will continue to as long as she is there!!! Also, the bar tender did an exceptional job making our specialty drinks and was a pleasure to speak with!
Wonderful restaurant with terrific views of the Orlando International Airport runways!
Service was prompt and friendly. Can’t say enough about the great food!
Really great -- and unexpected! -- brunch at this airport hotel restaurant. Ingredients were fresh and portions were perfect. Would definitely return if staying near the Orlando airport again.
Wow! This is truly a hidden gem. It's such a beautiful atmosphere and very quiet and relaxing.
Food was terrific. Service is wonderful. I feel valued when I dine here. They truly care about your experience.
Amazingly good food for a restaurant at the airport!
I had read reviews for this restaurant and it sounded very interesting. We had friends visiting in the area and they were flying out of the Orlando airport early the next day. I suggested they stay at the Hyatt Hotel at the airport and then found out this was the location of Hemisphere. So it was the perfect opportunity to try it out. The restaurant exceeded my expectations and the other guests were equally impressed. The food went way beyond the basics found in other high end restaurants. Incredible combinations of fresh ingredients, grains and spices. The service was also excellent.
The food and the service we're excellent
My wife & I ate here for breakfast. The views of the airport were unmatched. Great service!
Pleasant enough with pretty good food. Service was a bit uneven but well meaning. A good place if you are in or near the hotel.
The service is great; server was very knowledgeable on all menu items. The food is exquisite! Dessert was quite tasty. The chef came out to introduce herself and inquire on our overall experience. The most memorable part of the evening was the scenic view; restaurant overlooks the airport's runway. An overall wonderful dining experience!
We will definitely be returning soon.
Our server, Slavica, has been at this Hyatt for many years. Customer service is top notch. Menu is simple and modern creative.
Hemisphere serves outstanding food in a beautiful modern setting. Every table has a great view of the planes taking off & the night sky. Tyler, our waiter, was so welcoming, accommodating & took the best care of us! Appetizers & main courses were beautifully presented & the 6 of us enjoyed all the gourmet dishes!
Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Worth the drive!
Very nice experience.
Met friends for dinner.....my first time at Hemisphere and I was not disappointed. The service was amazing and food presentation was exceptional. Definitely worth the time to explore this hidden gem.
Hemispheres is excellent. I had a Crawfish chowder, 14 ounce. strip steak and the Nutella cheesecake. I would recommend all of them. The chowder had a lot of crawfish in it. The strip came with chino hollandaise (yum). The dessert was very tasty and a beautifully presented.
My only negative about this restaurant is the parking. We self-parked and had to walk quite a ways to get to the restaurant. We had hoped to valet which I had called and found out they do but it was not well marked so we couldn’t find it. They do included the prize of the parking which is a plus.
The service was so wonderful. The craw fish chowder was incredible. The adobo chicken was phenomenal, likewise for the New York Strip. The desserts, however, fell WAY short of good.
A great find and in a hotel located within Orlando Airport, no less. A good destination restaurant. The view, the service, and the food are fantastic.
The staff was fantastic and the views are breathtaking. But the only thing is and I did not want to be that person. But my steak was over done but besides that everything else was great.
great service, awesome view and the server even though we forgot his name we are sure he is the manager and he was absolutely amazing.
Very contemporary hotel restaurant with a nice view of the airport and taxi ways. We visited for Magical Dining (Restaurant Week). Although I often dine at finer restaurants, I found the food confusing. Looking over the entire menu, then ordering from the promotional menu, and watching what arrived, it seemed like a stretch to pair them up. Confusing. Execution by the kitchen seemed to be the weakest link in our experience. Salad dressing and topping mix-ups, simple failure to read tickets was apparent. Entrees, we all ordered steaks, all medium. How you can plate sliced meat medium well to well-done when ordered medium, and still send 3 plates to the table is concerning. The steaks tasted great though the plate was just busy. Desert was the most confusing thing I've ever eaten. It was all over the place, too many textures, salts, sweets, and no consistency at all (even eating the same item). We ended up sending them back and ordering other deserts (and paid for both of them). I think in an effort to show off the restaurant for promotion, it was overdone and just too much. I'm all for something interesting and a new twist, but the fusion of ingredients didn't make any sense to me. The pricing is typical of most hotel restaurants (higher). The bar is in the center of the restaurant, but most of the drinks came out of the back of the kitchen. Our server was also a bartender. The service of food delivery was very formal, while the feel of the restaurant was casual formal. The lack of consistency was confusing. The view was nice, definitely better for a 2-person venue, good for a date with a window view. The only downside, the restaurant is also the hotel's breakfast venue, so it's heavily used and abused by guests. The center table chairs aren't comfortable at all (no backing). I don't know that I would return without some kind of incentive. Skip the valet, park yourself (they validate both), but valet "searches" your car under "TSA Security Guidelines".
The Crawfish Chowder was the best I have ever had. Also, the salmon was very good. We would definitely visit this restaurant again.
Awesome views of the runway. You’ll see many airplanes taking off from here. Enjoy! The crawfish chowder is AMAZING!
Loved the view! Waitress was on point very attentive! Magical Dining menu. Steak was on the dry side, but good flavor.
We partook of the magic dining and it was great. The portion sizes were very large and we needed to take food home. Service was good and the waiters were pleasant.
The experience at this restaurant was so amazing that we dined here two nights in a row. Natalia made some amazing recommendations and took great care of us.
We started with the octopus, soft shell crab, pear salad, and crawfish chowder. All had amazing flavors. For the main entree we ordered the salmon and scallops with squid ink pasta. The scallops were delicious, while the salmon was good, but just slightly over. Day two we ordered the catch of the day (shrimp) with risotto and my friend had the filet. Both cooked to perfection. We finished off with various desserts, which were all great.
I asked how the grits in the soft shell crab were prepared, and to my amazement Natalia brought out chef Shelby! She shared the recipe, took our feedback, and came back to our table to personally check on us. Now that's what I call service! I never would have thought that the best restaurant in Orlando would be located at the Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. This is officially our favorite restaurant in Orlando!
I had breakfast at the restaurant before my cruise. We have stayed at the hotel on many occasions, but never ate.
Very nice experience ! The food was excellent , I feel that the chowder was the best I have ever tasted. The salmon was crispy blackened and perfectly medium raw. The salad and the steak were huge and impossible not to eat it all. Beautiful atmosphere and view of the airplanes coming and going. Plan to return soon.
Food was awful, staff didn’t respond to my complaints.
This place has an incredible view of some of the runways at Orlando Int'l Airport. The food was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and helpful. It is very pricey, but totally worth it.
We went for a breakfast. Food was good, so as the ambiance. The restaurant overlooking the airport runway makes it very interesting. However our server was bad. We ordered juice which he forgot and once we reminded him of our order, he brought wrong things!! Other than our server, experience was quite good.
It was gewt
The restaurant is very casual and noisy.
Even though it has good food selection, it is not suitable to celebrate a special occasion or business meeting.
The atmosphere was nice overlooking the runway. The service was exceptional our server was very cordial. We really enjoyed the grilled octopus and the chowder we will be going back.
Disappointing buffet. Food is fair.
Loved it. Great Father’s Day brunch. :)
Sherry our server was fantastic! She was on top of it and you could see you enjoyed what she does and is proud of the Restaurant. Views of the East runways are incredible. Updated restaurant decor was centered around the runway/airport location and was clean , modern and simple. The bar made from an airplane engine was clever and very cool! Food was surprisingly outstanding! Great selections and great flavors.
Cant say enough good things. We went to breakfast before our flight home. We had the buffet. Food hot, fresh, coffee endless. This was our second time visiting. We will be back again. We love our stay at tbr Hyatt
Food was fantastic.
Waitress was very nervous and appeared new and it was difficult communicating with her.
Fly in wine - no apologies but just replaced it.
