Best coffee in the City! Food is always great and the service attentive but not hovering.
We went on a Wednesday evening when it wasn’t full but there were a few tables with a birthday at the table, including ours. It was my wife’s birthday. It was relatively slow at the time so most of the staff was being lazy, including the greeters, wait staff and kitchen. This happens at most restaurants when it’s later in the evening and not real busy. Our food was probably what they had left for the day and trying to get rid of so not fresh or presented well. Also, the staff was rearranging a bunch of tables and stacking chairs around us which was noisy and distracting. Like anything, the best service and quality usually comes during peak times and the worst during non-peak times. Just wish the restaurant industry would get this.

The place was bustling, with a home Vikings game and a matinee of The Christmas Carol at the Guthrie. Fortunately they take reservations and we did not wait for a seat. Food was tasty and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. The lemon ricotta pancakes were superb.

Excellent service, food, and drinks. The menu is very diverse, enough to please anyone. I had the bison Benedict and it was amazing.

Went based on recommendations but the food and service were poor. Tried several dishes and no one was happy. Waiter was nice but took a long time to get service.

Food arrived super fast and was good (as always). Live music was nice to have but just okay talent. The place has great taste (art/etc.) but needs a shave and a haircut to avoid looking dusty/dirty.

Not good service. The food was mediocre at best. We ordered the rib eye steak, not very flavorful, if it wasn't for the char, it would have no flavor at all. Hopefully, my waiter was the one bad exception. He seemed very intolerant of any questions, requests, etc. Every request such as refills, condiments, etc. was usually met with an eye roll, or some other (Minnesota nice = Passive Aggressive) subtle communication that we were bothering him. Some of our requests were simply never met.
On a positive note, the salad dressings are very good, made in house I believe. The salads would be amazing if they used iceberg lettuce instead of the green roughage that is gathered on the plate.
In hindsight, we should have ordered the ribs.

Was expecting an amazing prime rib sandwich- what I got was a tough over cocked primerib sandwich.

This place was good . I would definitely like to try the dinner menu before I make a complete decision. We had asked for a order or the parmesan tater tarts and we both were very excited about it . Our waitress forgot to put the order in so we never were able to try them . But other then that it was good .

Waitress took forever, sat us in the middle of a bunch of tables even though there were booths available. We had a noisy 15 month old that was obviously disturbing everyone. Food was ok

We had a reservation for 4 people and were seated in a small area with a bar and tables going around it, to the left of the front reservation desk. There was a large group around the bar area that were extremely loud. We could hardly have a conversation among ourselves. I would suggest next time ask to be seated in the other dining room, where there is more adequate space where the stage is located at.

We usually make Hell's Kitchen our go to Sunday morning breakfast spot when visiting Minneapolis. Very consistent in food quality and greetings at the front counter. Staff is more attentive and catering to tables that are drinking. Not so much with non-alcoholic tables. We like attention too! Our server seemed to wander around more than most instead of checking on us and other tables. Not a deal breaker. Unless this continues to happen. Like the windows at one of the kitchen prep areas. Also like the gear. We'll be back!

The ambiance was fun and delightful. The food was amazing! The service was spot on. I can not recommend Hells Kitchen highly enough. Make sure you place a reservation however, and expect it to be a bit noisy.

The food was delicious, we especially enjoyed the ricotta lemon hot cakes. We were a little disappointed in the bloody Mary’s; we went for the iconic bloody bar which was delicious, but were NOT a fan of the orange chipotle vodka, or the Hell’s Kitchen bloody mix.

I ordered a Caesar salad and the person who made it didn’t put any dressing on it. The waiter was nice but didn’t stop by the table very often so I had to get up and ask someone door dressing since I didn’t get any.

The portion sizes have gotten smaller and a few changes to the menu led to a favorite item being removed but overall good food and service.

Great place to sit and have a few drinks before a show. My husband and I sat in a booth for over 2hrs, sipping on Bartender choice drinks, appetizers and dinner. Great atmosphere and our server was great!

I was excited to try out Hell's Kitchen after hearing a lot about it so my boyfriend and I planned a date night. We went for dinner and had the BBQ chicken nachos, a burger and the walleye tacos. The nachos were pretty good, but the burger and tacos were pretty flavorless. The server was great and the atmosphere was cool, but the thing we came for (the food) was disappointing. In a last ditch effort, we bought the homemade peanut butter and gave it a whirl for breakfast the next day. Unfortunately, we had the same response to that... not good. It lacked the "peanut" taste and was too sweet for our taste. I don't think we'll make another trip back.

The hostess at the reservation desk was very friendly and courteous. Our service was okay, but slow. We were there waiting on dessert and our checks far longer than we needed to be. Our meal, well... We ordered the parmesan tots appetizer expecting a very tasty treat. You had to be very deliberate in getting a tot, cheese, and the aioli all in one bite, though flavor was excellent. The pear sandwich was great, but the tomato soup was lacking. Not sure I would return. There was so much hype about the restaurant that our trip was actually disappointing.
