Great Food, Great Atmosphere! The Bloody Mary Bar was AMAZING! Cinnamon Rolls were to die for! Live music was nice. Will be back again.
Great music to accompany brunch and not too loud so still can chat.
Jars of condiments on the table were not sanitary. Food wasn’t as good as we had hoped. Bloody Mary’s were good.
All three people in our party had their food come out cold the first time. After sending it back it came out merely warm. The porridge, one of their signature dishes, was very soupy. Our server was attentive and addressed our complaints (good service) but that is not enough to overcome the poor food.
In my opinion, they have far too many items on the menu to do any of them well, and the restaurant is so large that the kitchen staff cannot spend an adequate amount of time on the meals. We frequented this restaurant when they were in their original location on 10th street, but right after they moved into their current location my wife and I had this same experience. Now, many years later, it seems like the problems persist. We will not be back.

It was okay. The service was the best part. My party did the 35 foot bloody and mimosa; very underwhelming. The food was subpar; I ordered the huevo rancheros and my girlfriend ordered a basic 2 eggs and meat breakfast. Both of us were sick after.
After leaving, we felt like it was underwhelming experience, subpar food, and a gimmicky tourist trap.

Just breakfast with an out of town friend. He really enjoyed it and wants to come back for dinner. My only complaint is having the onions and celery in the walleye and eggs. Not a fan.

We waited for over an hour for our food. Not ideal.

On the night we were there, they had a huge party of about 75, the party was so loud that I couldn’t barely hear the resin sitting across the table from me, service was slow and food was blah.

We moved out of the area and came back for the weekend to visit family so had to also get lemon ricotta pancakes. Always worth the visit...the food is out of this world!

Overall our experience at Hell's Kitchen was fantastic. Everyone in our group of 7 felt their food was perfect and the live music created a great atmosphere. I can't wait to return and eat more of the famous peanut butter!

At this time, I can’t say I would recommend Hell’s Kitchen. We have been twice, but i would like to give it another shot to seal the deal. Our first time going was a great experience—great service and amazing food (we particularly love their parmesan tots). However, our most recent visit was met with poor service and cold, overcooked food. I think we just had a poor server (or maybe he was having a bad day?). Either way, it seemed weird given our first experience. So I guess, to be continued...
Unique place with a unique menu. Split into two areas one with music one without. Service was excellent food was good not great

Overall very good experience and food but the cocktails were overpriced

The ambiance was cool and the Bloody Mary and Mimosa bar were amazing.
Downside, our server was less than stellar. Forgot to put our appetizer order in so we received it after our meal was served.
We also ordered meals to go when we ordered our food. We waited 45 mins after we finished our meal and 30 mins after we paid the bill for us to even receive that to go food.

Asked for table away from the music. Appointment was for 10:30, got there a little after 10, were told we would have to wait till closer to 10:30 because we wanted table away from music. When they called our name they said sorry just noticed you wanted a table away from the music. They came back and said they had a table in the room with the music but across the room. We said ok but the table actually was very close to the stage.

It was good but not great. Portions were smaller then in the past, food treated ok but could of been more. One of the party members ribs were luke warm and said they would of been better if they were hot. I'm in the middle of if I would recommend it or not

The overall experience was less than expected. My first time dinning at Hell's Kitchen. I was expecting better service and better food. I took my wife there for her B-Day (I indicated this on my Open Table reservation) and the waiter acknowledged the B-Day and told us there would be a birthday song and free dessert. We got neither! Very disappointing to be promised something and not deliver on it.

The walleye was flavorful but the panko was salty. Felt like it may have come out of a box. 23.00 for this meal the mash was runny and bland - seemed like instant. The veg were sad. 23.00 for this at least some decent mash and veg would make the plate much more than it is. I like the place, but they have work to do on some of the dishes. Some creativity, and making fresh from scratch would help.

So yummy and delicious. Great environment. The food was so good. I got the bbq chicken nachos. Other guests got the juicy Lucy and another burger and they loved it. So good. Would come again

I've eaten at Hells Kitchen a number of times over the years and I can't ever remember having a bad experience . The food has always been excellent, I love the unique decor and the atmosphere has always been great. One of my favorites places to eat and a menu that is fantastic with an interesting variety of choices.

This was our second visit and the waiter was not as attentive as our first visit. However the management refilled our coffee so we were pleased. We picked a busy Monday morning. Disappointed we did not get the same waitress Amelia, who was very friendly and helpful on places we should see during our visit. I will still recommend to friends who visit Minneapolis.
