   Service, food and ambience were great! A bit pricey but knew that going in so no sticker shock. It was my kids first time to HK and our waiter was awesome, taking the extra time to explain and check in. Would definitely recommend 😊

   It was a very good dining experience I would reccomend to others. I did notice it was extremely loud and difficult to talk with others at our table. but that was it. very fun and wonderful food

   We enjoyed the experience. We live in Las Vegas and have been to the HK there several times. This mean did not disappoint.

   KUDOS TO THE WAITER, CHEFS, and ALL THE STAFF! The service was amazing and the food was incredible. Everyone was very kind and we had an amazing table right by the chefs. I live in the moment so no pictures; but, please care to read my descriptions below. I recommend this experience to anyone and encourage you to try their specials. Drinks: We ordered a variety of cocktails. (Penicillin, Espresso Martini, and Aloha Spritz) They all had amazing flavor with the cutest decorations to represent Hell’s Kitchen. Appetizer: Wagyu Meatballs literally melt in your mouth. Shareable amongst 2-4 people Entrees: SPECIALS (may vary) so ask your waiter to explain them because these are not on the menu! — Wagyu Steak (steak is so tender you won’t need a knife! It was paired with mushrooms and potatoes which were quite delicious) — Filet Mignon with King Crab (the perfect land&sea combo. The dish is served with asparagus but sauce on this dish just brought everything together) Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding (The flavors on this dessert will have you wanting your own — easily the best dessert I have ever had!

   Service was slow but super friendly. Caesar salad wasn’t that good. I’ve had better other places for half the price. Desserts were outstanding but limited choices. Menu is limited.

   We visited again Memorial Day, on the last night of vacation. Heather was our server. She has been there for over 4 years. She is an excellent server, knowledgeable about the menu and passionate about the food. She is able to discuss the entire menu and make recommendations. We had the Early Dinner Experience, starting with the Corn Chowder and the Caesar Salad. It was the best Caesar I’ve ever had. Course two was the Beef Wellington, which is “must try” and is wonderful every time, and the Braised Short Ribs, served over a potato croquette with a wonderful Demi glacé sauce over it all. You don’t need a knife to eat it, as it is so tender. It is EXCELLENT! Finally, the Sticky Toffee Pudding with the most delicious ice cream on top. The wine list and drink menu is diverse. Try the 100-Years Of Port sometime. If you like port this is a great way to sample a tawny 10, 20, 30 and 40-year port. Hell’s Kitchen Tahoe is consistent in excellence and never disappoints.

    I took my son and grandson and their wives out for dinner last night. My grandson is a fan of the show so it was a really special event for them. The food was much better than I expected considering how much hype there is around this place. Among the six of us we tried the seared scallops, tuna tartar, beef Wellington, broiled swordfish and the sticky toffee pudding. Everything was excellent. The pudding was too heavy of a dessert after such a big meal (Just my opinion). The Beef Wellington was one of the best pieces of meat I have ever tasted. Service was ever-present and outstanding. Atmosphere could be improved a bit, but Harvey's is undergoing major renovation so it gets a pass.
